Monthly Rentals in Graves-Saint-Amant

Amazing accommodation. Very nice house. Just like the photos. We found parking for the car right where it was indicated to us. Too bad we were just passing through on a long trip. Since it is interesting to stay in this house to visit everything nearby, including Cognac. We will definitely be back.

We really liked Thomas’ place. The pool is much better than the photos look and the pool was very clean. A great little seating area under a canopy and plenty of sun loungers. Rarely used by anyone else! Good location for road cycling (road cyclists from UK will find the roads undulating and open). Really nice peaceful setting. Really quiet. WiFi good enough to do video calls to work from the house.

Excellent hosting, even though we arrived late. Very pleasant hosts. The apartment was clean, spacious and very nice with private courtyard for the car and independent access. I recommend it.

Very good weekend at Tim's even if the weather wasn't great we enjoyed the accommodation and the Spa perfectly. Nice and very well thought-out accommodation. Tim provided us with everything we needed, it was great. I would highly recommend it!
