Lugan est situé à 3,5 kms de l'axe autoroutier Toulouse-Albi, à 30mn de Toulouse, 30mn d'Albi et 15m de Gaillac. Gîte indépendant à côté de la maison des propriétaires. Deux terrasses dont une couverte de 30m², jardin, accès à la piscine et aux jeux extérieurs partagés avec les propriétaires. Rez-de-chaussée : cuisine, salle à manger, salon, wc. Etage : chambre avec salle d'eau privative, deux chambres, salle de bain, wc. Chauffage électrique + poêle à bois. Equipement bébé gratuit sur demande.

The Duck Shed, a retreat to explore from.

A pretty colonial style self catering chalet, with a three sided terrace, in the beautiful undulating countryside near Lautrec. The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees. The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

Petite maison de 27m2, perchée au milieu des arbres dans un cadre calme. Pour y accéder, il vous faudra marcher sur un chemin pendant 200 en forte montée. La maison comprend un salon avec clic clac, un espace cuisine, une chambre et une salle de bain avec toilettes sèches. Petit déjeuner non inclus mais nous proposons des repas maison. Puissance max est de 800W : vérifiez vos appareils avant de venir. Nous communiquons exclusivement via messagerie/mail, le téléphone ne capte pas ici.

An ideal cottage for a relaxing/nature stay. Wood-fired Nordic bath, easy to use (not a jacuzzi, no bubbles, but eco-friendly!). Relaxation with hot water in the winter. In summer, in the shade of the trees, the tub can be used as a mini pool of cool water. Pleasure and benefits of a sustainable refreshment.

Calme,repos,fraîcheur vous attende à l,intérieur ou dallage ancien,voûte en pierres,anciennes portes,meubles anciens créer le décor. Appartement spacieux avec une grande piece family room. Vous aurez accès a un grand parc attenant.

"En Macary" Gîte, 2/3 people

We offer an upstairs gîte, adjoining our family home, and next to our other gîte "Au Pigeon Voyageur". It is located in the countryside, at the foot of our dovecote and the stone bread oven dated 1613, in a small hamlet of 3 houses. Graulhet is the closest town (8 km away with 15,000 inhabitants). It has exceptional views of the Pyrenees. You will find typical elements of the region, exposed stone walls, parquet and wooden beams.

Located near Albi, this treehouse is ideal for recharging your batteries and getting away from everyday life. The cabin has a separate bathroom, located in a small wooden cabin at the foot of the tree. Easy-to-use, eco-friendly dry toilets are also available for your use. A kitchenette is available for your use, equipped with an induction stove, a microwave, a sink, as well as everything you need for cooking and some condiments.
