The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Amazing place with a pool and hot tub right on the beach! Perfect location (must have a car) to drive to Cefalu for a day trip. I could have stayed here for longer. There was a grill we used to make dinner. House was in great condition just as pictured. Highly recommend.

Matteo’s place in Pollina, Sicily, was an absolute gem! The house is stunning and incredibly comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. Matteo was a fantastic host—super responsive and welcoming. The nearby beach is beautiful but rocky, so water shoes are a must for enjoying the water. We had an amazing experience and can’t wait to return when we’re back in the Cefalù region. Highly recommend!

The house and also the property of Milena is really beautiful and we have We felt at home from the beginning. The house is super well maintained and modernly equipped, in the large kitchen we cooked well and gladly. The outdoor area is incredibly beautiful, there is a huge terrace for sunbathing, grilling and relaxing. The view from the pool is breathtaking, you can watch the sunset over the sea. In fact, it is more beautiful here than can be guessed from the pictures. We had such a lovely time that we even extended one night. The host is super friendly and always responded quickly and helpfully. We will be happy to come back

Great apartment. We had a lovely time. Pros: Beautiful view, beautiful pool. Brand new apartment, very clean and well arranged. Quiet residence, possibility of walking down to the beach below. Kindness of the hosts and house staff. The -: Lots of mosquitoes in the evening but hosts provide electrical outlets to fight mosquitoes.
