We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). We have no complaints to make as Marco offered us more than we expected! A huge thank you, you made our stay even more unforgettable. We'll be back for sure! THANK YOU!

Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

Great place, beautiful view, garage for the car. Private garden and a swimming pool just next to the side gate. You need to have a car to get to other places but still it is awesome place to stay. I could not set up air conditioning to increase the temperature so it is worth to ask how to do it.

Beautiful spacious, clean and brand new apartment. Fully equipped and beautifully located with a covered view of the lake. Very spacious balcony, spacious bathroom. Host responds quickly to questions and requests during the stay. Private parking space on enclosed grounds available at the apartment. There are 8 apartments spread over 2 floors. The apartments are located in a hairpin bend, so that passing motorcycles can be heard on the weekend, but that does not bother you inside. Despite the fact that we only stayed here for 3 nights due to a stopover, we had a good time.

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Clelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. You feel comfortable and welcome. We were provided with delicious food. Everything was there, very nice! We enjoyed it very much.

Matteo's house is excellent! A lovely swimming pool, large bathroom with whirlpool bath and a bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped! Outside, you can sit comfortably. When we were there, we had two storms. The first storm caused a floor cooling to stop working. Immediately it was arranged that we got mobile air conditioners! What a great service. This was beyond Matteo's control, but he immediately arranged for his brother and mother to come and check everything! Matteo's mother was also waiting for us when we arrived. What a lovely woman! We enjoyed the house and the pool! Bergamo is around the corner and easy to do by public transport or taxi. The bus stops almost at your doorstep. Our dog could walk around freely without us having to keep an eye on him. But with 30+ degrees, he preferred to lie in the cool house☺️. We were very well hosted by Nicoletta. The apartment is fully compliant with the announcement. There is plenty of room to put our things in the bathroom. The views are great. There are great restaurants nearby. Thanks for the welcome gift

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect place to stay! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were glad to leave the crowds (late May!) behind and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the street to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, because it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough so that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

Our stay at Lake Como far exceeded our expectations. There were six of us, and the accommodations were immaculate—beautifully designed with thoughtful, loving details throughout. Our host, Nicola, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I especially loved being just a bit removed from the busier parts of Lake Como—it gave us a sense of peace without sacrificing the view or convenience. The comfort, functionality, and scenery were all next level. If you’re planning a trip to Lake Como, this place is an absolute gem. We were genuinely sad to leave

Everything about this place is perfect. Just be warned if you are wanting to be right near a city it is about a 1.5 mile walk. But that also means you are closer to little beach areas which were awesome!

We had a great time here. The appartment, right next to the forest, has a fantastic outside space and is also spatious inside. Everything you need is there (airco, well equipped kitchen, etc). Multiple lounge chairs in the garden and we could even pick tomatoes and blackberries. Roberto is incredibly nice and we felt very well taken care of. He was very responsive and super flexible with our late arrival. There was also a lot of food and he even gave us fresh breads multiple times and homemade focaccia. Yes, the road to the cottage is a bit of a challenge (steep, unpaved and crosses a small river) but Roberto shows you exactly how to drive it so it is definitely doable. Some days we just parked down the road and walked up which also worked fine. The only downsides we could think of were the barking dogs in the neighbourhood and the slightly slow wifi. But that was definitely worth it for this amazing stay!

We stayed for a week at this listing. Everything was perfect, spacious house for 2 and very clean. The house is well decorated and it's nice. Luca is friendly and responsive. I recommend this rental!

We spent a very relaxing week in Federico's well-kept house and surroundings. We liked the quiet location of the accommodation and the view of the mountains very much. It was particularly nice to enjoy the morning coffee in the first rays of sunshine at the house in the beautiful garden or to spend some reading time on the deck chairs in the sun under the palm trees in the late afternoon. The bright and cozy winter garden is also great for all meals. Federico is a warm host and always available for questions or arrangements. We felt completely comfortable.

The place was insanely good! The amenities in particular were above average. The house corresponded to our ideas and the pictures. The driveway to the house was really very steep, so you should be careful which cars you arrive with. Communication with the landlord was also excellent. Very friendly and quick feedback. We would come back.

What an amazing stay! Everything was so perfect, the property is beautiful and being right on the water is so nice! The walk to the ferry is less than 10 minutes and the ferries are super easy to figure out! We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

O. M. G. Andrea was the best host! When you think “host with the most” that’s him. He was the most responsive, kind, generous and amazing host we have ever encountered. The place was GORGEOUS. With the most wonderful view and right down the road was a perfect “beach” where we ate at a few times and spent the day to soak up the sun and water. He checked in on us every morning and evening making sure we didn’t need anything and offered the most generous things. We can’t wait to come back and visit Andrea and his beautiful home again. 10/10 recommend (even though this place is so perfect, part of me wants to gate-keep it 😉) BOOK THIS PLACE! Literal perfection.

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

Great and centrally located apartment for family or group. Great view from the rooftop terrace and super clean. The low ceiling height in the 3rd bedroom and access to the terrace only in a stooped position is unfortunately not mentioned. Not even a salt shaker in the kitchen... But you can live with that. Supermarket around the corner. Great value for the money!! We would love to vacation there again at any time.

Simona was an incredible host! We stayed at her home in Lake Como for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place- the house was beautiful with gorgeous mountain views and the area was quiet and peaceful. We took the ferry to get to more tourist-y locations, and Simona was wonderful about giving us recommendations for places to go and things to do both in the town we were staying in and around the lake. The house was clean and she even provided us with a couple of groceries and a pasta recipe. The location in Carate Urio is walkable, but you do have to get used to lots of stairs and walking on the side of roads. There are a couple restaurants and a small market that worked great for what we needed for the week since we traveled to different towns around Lake Como. Once you get used to the ferry system it's so easy to travel as the dock is only a ten minute walk. It was a perfect stay and I would most definitely recommend Simona's Casina delle Rose!

My partner and I went there, Corinne was a great host. Beautiful place, wonderful surroundings. The interior of the house is very comfortable and spacious. Small flaw but not essential, the night is a little hot, but otherwise everything is super top. We will definitely be back. Corinne is very flexible and available to all your needs.
