It is about 25 minutes drive to Messe- Munich exhibition center , 50 minutes drive to Munich airport. The apartment is nice decorated with real wood floor and high-end furniture. A dreaming place to have a vacation with the families. Parking is free and right in front of the entrance, supermarket is just 1 kilometer away. The high way entrance is 3 kilometer away.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. You can reach the Munich Trade Fair in about 10-15 minutes by car. The Haar S-Bahn station is about 1.2 km away (about 12–17 min. walk). Free parking is available in the area. The property is also perfect for group trips.

Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! The proximity to the airport, the A94 & A92 makes arrival easy. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

It features 3 bedrooms, a spacious eat-in kitchen with a sofa, a small bathroom, and a view of the greenery. There is one parking space right outside the door (with additional parking available on the street). Close to the S-Bahn: just approx. 22 minutes to Munich (Marienplatz) or approx. 30 minutes to Oktoberfest (Hackerbrücke), or a 15-minute drive to the trade.
