We had such a great stay here! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and the host was really responsive and kind throughout. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to everything. Recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect place to stay for a conference at the convention center. Easy walk to the convention center and most downtown Dallas attractions. Lots of great restaurant options easily sensible — including the AT&T Exchange food court. Having a provided parking spot, which was also easy to navigate, was super helpful as we had a car to be able to visit Austin, Waco, Fort Worth and other nearby areas of interest. We enjoyed our time, would stay again, and would definitely recommend to others.

This was my third stay at Eric and Dawn's place in the lasty three months I have had to travel to DFW for business. I think the fact I keep coming back says it all! They're wonderful hosts, provide an extremely well-kept and clean room and the amenities are definitely worth the price I pay. Needless to say, I'll keep coming back when I have to travel to DFW!

A fabulous and peaceful treetop abode with heaps of character. Kind, accommodating and very responsive hosts. The apartment was spotless and had the little bits and bobs every traveller needs. 5* recommended.

Lydia’s place was perfect for our family gathering. It has a wonderful, spacious living/dining area and large kitchen. There were 6 adults in our party and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house is super clean, the beds and bedding very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Lydia was wonderful to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend this wonderful home!

My family and I came in for an event. It was eight of us. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone. The hosts were very inviting for us having additional guests to visit. We were very impressed with all the amenities, lots of towels, blankets, bathroom toiletries, trash bags etc. They were flexible with check in and checkout. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL house! The location is AMAZING! Great outdoors space was so relaxing and being waterfront to the lake was just the cherry on top! Highly recommend!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It has a full size well equipped kitchen great for cooking. It’s very peaceful with a large backyard trees and birds to keep you company. There’s a Jacuzzi right outside the front door of your mother-in-law cottage. If you like to go for walks it’s right outside a park entrance to a nice lake. Overall, it’s my go to when I’m in Texas. Vanessa is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or needs. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful, by far one of the best place I have been with Airbnb and I have been in a lot of places. The house is just fantastic with all we need, beautifull decoration a lot of space, very well located, peaceful and during the night you can sleep as a baby as we don't have any noyse. It is a little bit pricey but it pays off. As a family we were talking about the criteria for 5 stars, and this place is a real 5 starts, and I believe Airbnb sjould create a special mention for houses like this one. Asher and the team was great as well. We look forward to rent the place again

I had a delightful stay! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with calming aromatherapy and soothing sounds playing on the TV. The hosts thoughtfully provided treats on the counter, in the refrigerator, and in the cabinets, which was a lovely touch. There were a few brief community disruptions, such as a temporary electricity outage for a few hours and a water shutoff for about an hour—these were beyond the host’s control and affected the entire community. Throughout, the host maintained clear communication. Overall, it was a peaceful, cozy retreat in a charming, fully equipped home.

Couldn't have picked a better place! Was a perfect location, was super happy with everything. Very spacious, plenty of room for the 4 of us that stayed. Right across the street from the best steakhouse in Dallas, Bobs! Would love to stay here again on my next visit to Dallas!

We enjoyed our stay 5 night stay and were welcomed with flowers, wine and soap. We needed to be close to the convention center and depending on the time of day it was 9-15 minutes, which was great. The house was situated in a resort style community very serene and safe. The unit was clean and everything was available including kitchen and bathroom items. Communication with owners was quick. The units loft is a bedroom with no door if that matters to anyone. Other than that it is an awesome place to stay!

Mike and Adriana were amazing hosts! Very quick response time and so friendly and accommodating! Celebrated my birthday here and had a great time. Beautiful property and met all of our needs. Check in and check out we’re very simple and straight forward. They give plenty of details and were awesome. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Very nice mother-in-law type quarter place. Great for a couples get away or in this case of concert trip. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay for a few days nice calm neighborhood

This home was very spacious and nice and close to our destination, the Texas Rangers Stadium. Directions to get in were given the day before and easy to follow. The area was nice and centrally located to gas and markets. The house had very comfy couches and a beautiful backyard patio surrounded by lovely greenery, which was my favorite area. The kitchen had plenty of staple cooking items in the pantry to assist with meals. The house could definitely use fresh paint but nothing major or worth skipping this house over. Everything was functional and served its purpose for our short trip. We were a party of 4 but this house could easily accommodate 8 people. I would consider staying here again for sure.

Excellent communication from host with house as described in listing. Very well stocked for rental with toiletries, paper products, extra linens etc. A few quirks like you would expect in older homes like the doors sticking etc but were warned ahead of time and nothing impacted quality of the stay.

Dipesh was so easy to deal with. Responded extremely fast. Living room had lots of furniture to hang out and talk or watch tv. Would rent from Dipesh again when I'm in the area.

We stay in this home often and we are “always happy” with the accommodation’s. This home is always very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Thanks you Eric and Lorena for another great visit!
