House vacation rentals in Grantola

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in Monias wunderschönem Haus in Montemezzo und wir haben uns wieder sehr sehr wohl gefühlt 😍 Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ebenso sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend.

We had a very delightful and relaxing stay at Hannes’s beautiful home overlooking gorgeous Lago Maggiore. Swimming in their pool was a definite highlight and was a refreshing treat during the hot days. The home is very well-appointed and comfortable. The gracious outdoor seating and mature plantings were lovely. Hannes and his family left very clear and friendly instructions about our stay and info about the surrounding area. Everything was thought out very well. Everyone we encountered in the surrounding towns was warm and welcoming. The nature is breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us. We had an uplifting and joyous visit! It’s a special place and clearly a lovely family!

A lovely hideaway on a hillside near Lake Maggiore. Felix’s house has a larger plot for the Village, and there’s an extra garden swing and lower lounging area in the garden to enjoy throughout the day. The views are lovely and we felt very secluded. Peaceful retreat with great access to the shared pools, crazy golf and a restaurant meant we had things to do without having to drive down the hill everyday. Recommended

Die Ferienwohnung besticht durch ihre Lage mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Vor allem Terrasse, Pool und Garten drumherum sind liebevoll gestaltet - ein ruhiger und schöner Platz zum Wohlfühlen und Relaxen. Die Wohnung ist aber auch ansonsten ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unterschiedlichste Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und am See. Silvia hat uns herzlich aufgenommen und wir hatten jederzeit eine gute und schnelle Kommunikation.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

The host was super helpful and nice. The stay was pleasant I would only recommend that you take a car as it can be difficult to get around on foot.

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

Tolles gemütliches Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist aufgrund der Größe und Ausstattung vor allem für Paare gut geeignet. Aber auch unserer Tochter (fast 4 Jahre) hat es super gefallen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr originell ausgestattet,das hat mir gut gefallen. Kleinkinder sollten entweder noch nicht laufen oder sehr gut Treppen laufen können. Es war sehr sauber und alles Notwendige wie z.B. Geschirrtücher oder Spülmaschinenmittel waren vorhanden. Es steht keine unnötige Deko herum. Marco ist sehr sehr nett, antwortet schnell und insgesamt war alles komplikationslos.

I loved it at Corte Di Brenta. It is an old style Lombardy Court house, part of a classic Corte Lombarda, northern Italy. In particular I loved the two main bedrooms, each with their own mosaic terrace, where You can sit peacefully sipping a good drink or enjoying some local good food. Lovely view of the surrounding mountains from the back terrace. Great shower cubicle in the upstairs bathroom, with a rain shower and jacuzzi. All is there for your confort and an easy life, and a good holiday. Lovely garden too. Just make Yourself at home. Plenty of fun on offer too in that beautiful area of lakes and mountains. Great eateries and patisseries too, just ask Andrea or the locals. Two places from Me: Circolo Di Arolo, and Pasticceria Marabelli on the Varese Lake. For a great night of food and JAZZ head for Il Sorpasso, Laveno Mombello, on Lake Maggiore. Must book in advance. Life is Good @Corte Di Brenta.

Absolutely stunning place! One of those rare cases when the place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Every detail is charming, and we especially loved the honey made by Gloria’s family. The authenticity of the house and its surroundings is perfectly balanced with comfort — you feel both inspired and at home. Palanzo isn’t the easiest place to reach without a car, but Gloria helped us arrange a transfer and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Naomis Häuschen im Wald ist ein Traum! Mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, auch um selber zu kochen, und wunderschön gelegen. Naomi war super lieb und hat uns sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk bereitgelegt! Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort um Sich zu entspannen, Lugano und Umgebung oder die umliegenden Berge zu erkunden! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Very cozy apartment, with a nice kitchen and terrace. Some parts, e.g. the bedroom, looked a bit different from the photos, but it was fine. Everything is rustic Italian :) Susanna was super responsive, proactive, and very very friendly. There is a nice beach/waterfront close by, a 10-minute walk, with a nice bar. Also, it's very quiet, which was a plus.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Casa Elena sehr genossen, ab der ersten Sekunde. Die Kommunikation mit Natascha war liebevoll und freundlich, ich hab sie wirklich in mein Herz geschlossen! ❤️ unser Urlaub am Lago Maggiore war einzigartig, wir haben es hier sehr geliebt und kommen sicher wieder! Danke für alles, auch für die wertvollen Tipps und Empfehlungen. Wir sind super erholt jetzt 🍃

Wir haben die Unterkunft sofort gefunden. Wir bekamen von Christian und Laura eine Weg eschreibung per Video. Der Check in war reibungslos mit Schlüsselbox. Die Wohnung ist supersauber, gemütlich und wunderbar ruhig und malerisch gelegen. Der Ort ist perfekt wenn man mal ganz ruhig für sich sein will. Wir fanden alles toll und werden auf jedenfalls nächstes Jahr wieder versuchen ein paar Tage bei Christian und Laura zu wohnen. Für uns war alles perfekt!

We had a great stay with our family! We were received very friendly and everything was as in the description. Our children particularly liked the location next to the horse farm. We were only there for two nights, but would have liked to stay longer. The area around Lake Maggiore is fantastic!

This very nice Chalet (which might have been an old Rustico) is in a really prime location, with magnifincient views over the lake and the mountains. The location is very quiet, also as it is at the end of a tiny private road. The house is well-equiped, and well prepared for us. We are a family with 2 small kids (5 and 11), who enjoyed the views, the garden and the wild life (especially the lizards) all around the house. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Peter war ein äußerst sympathischer und warmherziger Host. Dabei in angenehmer Weise zurückhaltend. Zudem sehr aufgeschlossen und zugewandt gegenüber unseren mitunter etwas frechen kindern :) Wir waren direkt miteinander vertraut und es fühlte sich so an als würden wir uns schon länger kennen. Das rustikale eingerichtete appartement wurde sehr schön, authentisch und geschmackvoll restauriert. Es war zudem sehr gut ausgestattet. Peter gab uns gute Tips um die landschaftlich wunderschöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Highlights dabei waren mit Sicherheit die über einen etwa einstündigen Fussweg gut zu erreichende Seilbahn zum lago Maggiore sowie der Spaziergang zum nahegelegenen Rosengarten. Danke Peter für die schöne Zeit, wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Vararo!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser sehr charmanten Unterkunft mit ganz eigenem Charakter. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den See und die Berge ist einzigartig. Wanderwege gehen direkt hinter dem Haus los - perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und auszuspannen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Auch muss man am ersten Tag nach Ankunft nicht hungern, da die Vorratskammer noch gut gefüllt war mit Nudeln, Pesto, Olivenöl etc. Das hat das Ankommen sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This Airbnb is lovely, very modern on the inside and in a peaceful location away from the city. It’s perfect if you want tranquility but still well located for things to do nearby in Lugano. The place was spacious and clean and perfect for us as a family of four.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Das alte Haus hat viel Charme und der Garten ist ein Paradies: Palmen, blühende Hortensien und viele schöne Sitzplätze, die zum Verweilen einladen. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr gefreut, dass es sogar eine Schaukel und einen Sandkasten gab. Es ist total ruhig und man kann im Garten oder auf der Dachterrasse richtig gut entspannen. Die Lage ist sehr schön, da man sowohl am Lago Maggiore, als auch am Luganersee in ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt ist. Wir fanden das verwinkelte Treppenhaus toll, aber für Personen, die nicht gut Treppen steigen können, ist das Haus nicht geeignet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.
