Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grand Turk

Wow! We were here only for a few days, what a beautiful place! The house: loved it. Charming and easy beach vibe, spacious and well equipped. Open concept living and kitchen space was great, and the front deck was our favorite spot to relax. The beach was absolutely beautiful and just steps from the house. We'd walk over for a swim without towels and chairs...just a quick stroll to and from the house! Bedrooms: large and spacious, the beds are comfortable. Clean bathrooms are a major deal for me and happy on that front too. Location: Groceries, liquor stores, and restaurants are all walking distance, super convenient. The kitchen has everything for making your own meals and that's always great. Rent a golf cart if you can, highly recommend. Kathleen helped as needed and communication never a problem, gave us pointers to make the most of our time there. Overall, a real gem. Landed back home in a snow storm and missing that beautiful beach already...can't wait to visit again!

This place is off by itself, but that made it perfect. We had the beach to ourselves. Only thing that was a concern is hot water. If you have a big group, spread out shower time to allow the heater to recover. Really loved the place, location, outdoor furniture and area. If we go back to Turks, we’ll stay there again.

Nate and Lucy were very responsive and answered any questions we had. Since this was our first time on the island, we had many questions. They gave us great recommendations and options for places to eat, shop, relax, etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Me and my boyfriend went here for a nice getaway vacation and we loved it. The view of the beach was amazing and it was more than worth the price. While it was a little far away from everything, the island isn’t terribly big so it wasn’t an inconvenience at all. Overall, the place was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone looking to travel to Grand Turk.

Marie is incredibly responsive and wants to make your trip as enjoyable as possible. She has put brand new patio chairs outside which are nice with the umbrellas. I even saw some humpback whales at sunset which was amazing. It’s a very relaxing and pleasant stay and a short walk from the diving centres.

Marie was above and beyond responsive. There were a few hiccups with the rental, but she was quick to alleviate whatever question/concerns we had, so it's not worth mentioning. There was an air conditioning unit in living room, and both bedrooms. Huge bonus. The rental is not a St. Regis by any stretch, but if you're looking for a beautiful location, a well kept place, and I gracious hostess...you found it!

This place is amazing! Super clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Bikes included were perfect for getting around for the week. Located approx 5 min walk from a beautiful beach in a quiet neighbourhood. Frequent visits by local donkeys and horses due to the fruit tree in the front! Hosts were helpful and responsive. Already planning our next visit! Highly recommend booking this place if you are considering it.

Even though our flight was very late Walter was there to meet us when we arrived and was readily available if and when needed. We had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend.

Absolutely stunning home and beach! Our group thinks we had the best beach access on the island! The kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear and tubes were amazing!! We had so much fun! Kitchen was stocked well, everything was clean! Charlotte helped us with our taxis to and from the airport, had our golf cart there when we arrived! Amazing responsive host and home!! Definitely recommend and will be back!!

We had an amazing vacation at flamingo villas. It was so easy for us to settle in and relax. The property is exactly as shown. It’s two floors with the kitchen, living room and 1/2 bath on the main floor and a patio door to the porch and stairs to the small shared pool. The pool is small but it’s cleaned daily and it was enough for our two boys. If you’re concerned about the size of the pool don’t be, the ocean is just steps away. Access to the beach isn’t the best but once you hit the sand it’s worth it. You can walk the beach to a less rocky area in less than a minute. The kitchen offered everything we needed to prepare our meals and a table for four. The living space is spacious with a love seat and oversized single chair with a tv. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms each with its own patio and direct access to a 3 pcs bathroom. There are beaches, restaurants, bars and shops a short walk in either direction. I recommend renting a golf cart to explore the whole island.

Trip was 3/23 - 3/30/25 I canceled because of the warnings that the government issued and then I was like what the hell am going so I rebooked it they were awesome about it. I can’t say enough about Teresa she gave me all the local spots. It was amazing & then I was afraid to drive the golf cart because you gotta drive on other side of the road & she laughed & she’s like you’ll be fine and I explored & explored from the port all the way to the lighthouse and every little spot in between God, best time of my life. Don’t worry about safety The only thing you’ll see is wild donkeys, horses, & dogs everybody on the island is friendly. Teresa collects the conch shells & I bought some to bring home however as I am exploring & I’m all by myself I find conch shells like 54 of them to be exact and I collected them and I put them in the golf cart &I brought them back for her. ❤️ best part the staircase that goes down to the ocean in the backyard. Our stay in Grand Turk was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to Lindsey’s incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, welcoming, and always ready to offer helpful recommendations. His kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home. The place itself was perfect—comfortable, well-kept, and in a great location for exploring the island. We loved visiting local restaurants, discovering hidden gems, and even had the amazing opportunity to go whale watching! Lindsey’s tips and insights really helped us make the most of our time here. I had a wonderful stay at Lindsey's place! The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and Lindsey was very responsive and accommodating, providing great recommendations for things to do around town. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially loved the cozy living room and the comfortable bed. I also appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary coffee and toiletries, which made me feel right at home.
