Two of us stayed one night at the Tiny Tulip house. It was welcoming and very clean. It was a short drive from downtown Holland. Even though small as described, it had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Lisa texted directions and reached out a few times to make sure all was well. She had snacks and a lovely bottle of wine to enjoy! I would definitely recommend this home.

Clean and cute place. My wife and friends stayed for a girls weekend. House was nice and in a decent neighborhood.

Inviting and cozy home, perfect for me and my wife to escape for a few days, hang at the beach, and explore South Haven. The place was exactly as described, so clean and comfortable. The 4 seasons room on the deck was awesome, would be great for larger groups than we had, but peaceful and tranquil for some morning yoga. The beach gear was incredible as well, so convenient to only have to pack swimsuits and know that they had everything else there. On one of the nights when the evening lows were going to be chilly, Mickie and John proactively reached out to us to be sure we knew how to turn on the furnace. Can’t say enough about this place and would love to stay again!

Loved our stay at this home! The hosts were friendly and helpful. The space was clean and cute with added catering to children which was appreciated.

Cannot say enough how much we loved this home. Most AirBnBs stock their house with the cheapest stuff you could find. It's all surface level and fake. This house felt like coming home, and we just slipped comfortably into staying there. It was AMAZING for our kids. Lots of toys, a bunk bed, sound machine, crib, playground, so much. And a park a quick walk away through a quiet neighborhood. Probably the most we've enjoyed an AirBnB. Just cannot say enough good about it. Had everything we needed to cook meals. Just so good.

This was our 2nd time staying here. The place is as advertised and Terry is a wonderful host.

Most Airbnb's you go to or hotels the beds are like rocks. Here they are actually super comfy. The place was clean and spacious. Gave you enough silverware, pot/pans, and utensils to use if you wanted to cook there. Overall, great stay!

Upon arrival, there was some kind of misunderstanding with the cleaning people and it looked like our unit was not cleaned prior to arriving. We arrived pretty late but Michael responded very fast to my message and was able to get this taken care of right away for us. He was very accommodating and helpful. He sent multiple messages prior to the arrival date with helpful instructions on entering the unit and parking. The space itself was great and perfect for two people. Walking distance from the little downtown area and the river. We enjoyed our time in South Haven and would stay here again if we ever visited again!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

Justine was so responsive from the moment I booked until the day we checked in. Whenever she responded to a question, you could almost “hear the smile on her face” - she was very kind. We would definitely recommend working with Justine as well as staying in the Family Flat location. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, homey, and in an amazing location.

We came to Kalamazoo for a weekend, and had a very relaxing stay at Kaydee's place. We would happily return for future visits. Clean, comfy and close to downtown!

This is our second stay at Kayla‘s place. I love staying at Kayla’s it’s very walkable to many wonderful restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is very quiet. Her place is spotless and beds are so comfortable.

My daughter had her cancer treatment and check up and we also had a family wedding the same weekend. Tina was kind and wonderful. I had my elderly mom with me who has mobility issues. Tina was fast to answer questions and gave wonderful descriptions so I could ensure my mom could make it into the house and have a bedroom on the first floor. The house was wonderful and clean and the perfect location. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was a wonderful stay. Tina made everything very easy and convenient. I would highly recommend. She was kind enough to allow us a later check out and the house was even ready early for us to check in. I hope to come back to the area for more of a long, fun weekend before the snow flies, and I will for sure book with Tina again. Without a doubt. She was so kind and empathetic to the main reason we were there. Having to go anywhere for you child to have cancer treatment is never fun. Working with someone so wonderful made it that much easier. Thank you.

My boys are in their 20’s and still thought the climbing wall and slide (for smaller kids) was great. Plenty of space for us all. Good place to gather as well. Close to a nice walk/run by the water

Desirees place was perfect! Literally looked like the pictures; comfortable, spacious and very clean. Great location! Can't wait to visit again-totally recommend staying here!

Nice condo in heart of Douglas. Would be great place during the "on season". I was there due to a power failure and its the off season so there's not many people around. Very clean place, newer appliances and great internet. Would rent again.

This place was great! The space was clean and cozy and we definitely hope to come visit again. We also enjoyed the small cafe/market nearby. Mike was a kind and responsive host, too!

Very clean, super beautiful spot. The whole city is walkable and as pet friendly as Brenden's place. Though, Brenden set a new standard for me when it comes to communication and customer service. There was a freak gas outage for over 5500 homes and businesses this weekend. And, even though this was something that was completely out of their control, we were met with empathy and compassion. Knowing we were there for a wedding we were generously offered to shower at Brenden 's home.. And, even though it wasn't expected and they certainly didn't have to, Brenden refunded us some money for the inconvenience. To me, it says a lot about a person to do the right thing even when they don't have to. Long story, short...this is an amazing place to book with incredible customer service!

Steve was an amazing host to work with. There ended up being a gas leak that affected the first night of our stay and Steve was very communicative and made the process easy to get situated. The condo itself is very spacious and clean, and in a beautiful area. We are already thinking about coming back!
