The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. If the location doesnt quell any nerves or reservations, the private "hideaway" parking spot will be just the start. The moment you walk in, you feel like you are "Home". From the secure entrances, graciously stocked kitchen, and roommate style sleeping accommodations, you can't help but feel welcomed and relaxed. Whether you are taking in a concert at Dickies Arena (5 min drive), exploring MeowWolf in Grapevine (40 min drive), or rooting for the Texas Rangers at Globe Life Feild (30 min drive), this home is truely a GEM 💎.

Location was great with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Having a dog park just steps away was very convenient. The two car garage made parking a breeze.

Blake was a great host! We would definitely stay here again.

Michael is a fantastic host. He had foresaw any possible needs before they occurred. He responded instantly to any communication. His home was quiet, peaceful, immaculate, and perfect for my needs. We had a pleasant stay at Lee’s place. The host was responsive and flexible. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Linens were clean, smell great and supplies were sufficient for our group. The space works for us because we were out and about most of the day and only prepared breakfast there. The property is within walking distance to a number of good restaurants and shops and within a short drive to attractions.

Great place to stay for a small group of 4/5. We liked that we were close to what we had planned for spring break, ubers/lyfts were very cheap, and the view from the 4th floor patio was beautiful. There are a couple things you should know just in case you are looking to book. The garage was smaller than what we expected, we tried to put 2 cars in (A honda accord and chrysler 300) but we weren’t able to get out the car(s) so one of us had to park on the street which was a bit nerve-racking because there was glass on the ground, but we didn’t have any problems. The other thing is the 10 am checkout, we didn’t mind getting up, but it definitely was rough and $75 for an extra hour was just a bit wild in our opinion, but again not a huge problem. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

There was a lot of attention to detail put into decorating this home and into making the guests feel like they’re at a luxury home. The pictures don’t do it justice. The home is beautiful located in a very nice quiet neighborhood.

Great place, easy instructions for check in and out. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Hosts decorated it beautifully and went above and beyond to make it feel homey. Neighborhood is very quiet.

Alec truly thought of everything you need for a great stay. Beautiful artwork, comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. Would definitely recommend.

Truly bigger and better than the photos. Huge, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet, tree-lined, and master planned to be walkable. Numerous restaurants and a small grocery are literally around the corner. Communications with Elena was excellent and crystal clear. We would 100% stay here again.

This was one of the cleanest and best organized places I’ve ever stayed. There were clear instructions on how to access everything and how to utilize the amenities. All three rooms we used were great as were the public spaces and having a garage to park our car was a huge bonus as there was a storm during our trip. James was a proactive communicator and took great care of us.

Amazing location and host! We did a long term stay here and it was truly fantastic. We didn’t want to leave! Eileen was great to work with, and very helpful if we needed anything. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We recently stayed at Lilly's place and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was fantastic, being close to the convention center, which made it very convenient for our activities. It was a bit noisy at night with sirens and other city sounds, but nothing too disruptive. The place was very clean and well-maintained. It had all the necessary linens and towels, which was a nice touch. The layout was practical, with the main living areas (kitchen and living room) and the bedrooms primarily on two floors. The steps didn't bother us at all. Parking in the garage was good, although it could be a bit tricky when cars were parked outside of the garages on the end. There is a donut shop on the corner that's very convenient and was good! Get there early though, they do sell out quickly!! Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great week at the Little Casita. The host was always responsive and helpful. Will definitely come back next year if possible.

The stay here was so great! The host was amazing and her response time was remarkable!

The home was beautiful and everything was just as described. Both Jesus and his wife were really nice and helpful. The only things I would have liked that weren’t available are maybe furniture on the 3rd floor patio and oven mits/pot holders for those than plan to cook. Overall our stay was excellent! We surprised my sister with a 40th birthday gathering and she absolutely loved it.
