Lake house vacation rentals in Grand Lake Towne

We were staying at a different location, when that house had AC problems. We looked around for options and found this house. we can't say enough good things about our stay. Felt newly renovated, very clean, very comfortable. We were afraid our vacation was going to be cut short, but Linda and her lake house came to the rescue. If vacationing in the area, we highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed our stay in this home and the host was very responsive. We arrived late in the evening with short notice and were very happy when we arrived to see snacks on the counter and water bottles in the fridge for us but the best was the view of the lake! The private dock and firepit area are amazing. This home was very clean and well appointed and had great towels…2 bathrooms a plus. The host also provided a list of nearby restaurants which was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. You cannot beat this location, the view of the lake, private dock, and outdoor firepit area. Highly recommend!

The place was above and beyond all expectations, would stay there again, sunrises we’re amazing and great view of the of the Neosho River and the elk river

Our family absolutely loved staying here! The decorative details were amazing and they have truly thought of everything. We loved it so much we booked another weekend at the end of July! Will continue to rent from Steven and his wife. Great communicators and we were even able to rent their awesome golf cart. I would highly suggest renting from them, you will not be disappointed!! The lake/river house was fantastic! The host was responsive and helpful, and we truly enjoyed our stay! It is a nice surprise that we could even borrow the kayaks. Highly recommend! The pool looks very beautiful at night.

The place was great. The house is huge and very comfortable and it was equipped with everything. We loved the area and everything about the place. David and Barb were very kind and quick to respond on any questions I had. Definitely recommend this place

Scott's lake oasis was just that. This house felt like home. It felt like we were at a relatives home. There are pics of the family all throughout the home which felt comfortable. Every time I messaged host he was super responsive and trust me I had a lot of questions lol. We loved the hot tub and this home had the absolute best view of the water. I hope we get to go here at least twice per year. Scott is a great host and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable.

This is our third stay at this property. I highly recommend. House is great and hosts are amazing.

We will be staying here again. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Some things that stood out to us: 1) The view is the best we've ever had at Grand, 2) The neighborhood was quiet, 3) Having a storm shelter and use of the garage was a bonus, 4) The hosts have way more accoutrements then any other place we've stayed, 5) Sitting around the firepit in the evening was nice, 6) and the house was comfortable/inviting.

Beautiful location and lots of open space. Exactly as shown in the photographs. Very clean and functional space. Great house for kids. You're right on the water with a gorgeous view. We really enjoyed our stay! The view and access to the water was perfect! Our kids loved being able to get up and go fishing right away! The deck is so peaceful and it’s a great spot to just sit and enjoy the surroundings! The inside of the house is very cute and has everything you need! Francesco was so helpful and a great host! The drive in is a little different and the other dwellings around the house are pretty run down, but once you are there you won’t notice it at all! The area is very secluded and points towards the water.

Very private comfortable place to stay! Great outdoor seating area and grill. Comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything needed to cook for yourself. Dock was a pretty long walk but was nice and access to kayaks was so fun for our weekend stay!

The house had all the necessities for cooking. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The fish cleaning station was very convenient. This is the perfect place to stay for a fishing weekend.

More accommodating than any hotel I’ve been too ever.. this is not your average Airbnb everything you might’ve forgot for your trip was provided with the out doors and lake being thought of as well..

We absolutely loved staying here. Hot tub was amazing and perfect after riding at the atv park. Cabin was clean. Very private. Would stay again!!!!

Everyone around the area was really friendly including the dogs. Description of property lets you know there are free roaming dogs and we encountered a few but all just anted to be pet. House is nice and AC was cool, even had a man cave that was nice to hang out in, 12 year old grandson lived in during the day. Kim was ahead of the game with advice on where to go if we got board because of the rain but for the most part we hung out on the covered dock and fished in the rain. We were able to catch fish everyday we were there. Beds and furniture inside were comfortable. Other two grandsons slept in the front room on twin beds, they loved their view. Overall a pretty cool place and we will probably try and come back again.

As a family we are so happy and Satisfied with this place and time we spend there, excellent neighborhood, quiet and friendly people there. If you stay there you’ll have everything you need around you. Also we’re so lucky with the owner Mr Cody, since the first contact he answer all of our questions and help us with some unexpected situations before the trip. Definitely we are going back pretty soon 👍🤝

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was incredibly clean. So clean my wife actually walked around in socks-an AIRBNB first. Kitchen had everything we needed, also really enjoyed the smoker. The dock is also very nice. Plenty of room for our boat and for the kids to fish. Kids also caught lots of catfish and bass in the area. Only thing I would note, if you are bringing a boat, don’t bring it to the house. Take it to a ramp and drive the boat to the dock. There is a useable ramp 5 mins from the house. The road coming into the house is one lane.

This lake house is absolutely perfect. The neighborhood and house are gorgeous and safe. There is a very nice view of the lake with easy access to the dock. We had two other families stay with us and had so much room to enjoy the house. The ponds around the house were perfect for the kids to fish in. I will absolutely come stay again and again!

Beautiful place enjoyed it kids loved it the hot tub was wonderful ❤️ need a first aid kit out there tho had a slip and fall on the steps and knee got busted but other then that 10 out of 10 fantastic views!!

The property was really nice! Bathrooms were really clean and stocked. Beds were comfortable and roomy. The view from the kitchen and deck were stellar. The walk down to the dock was extremely steep in case you were hoping for an easy walk down. Once you get down though, it is a nice spot. Wonderful view of the lake and the fishing was great. Nice size crappy. I would stay here again for sure. The living room is good size for twister or dancing. The host, Rebecca was helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Jonathan’s place was great! I appreciate how detailed the list of amenities were, and how stocked the kitchen was! We had everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean and everything felt so tidy when we arrived. The walk from the house to the dock is only a few yards- which is a rare find! We loved hanging out at the dock with our rafts from home, but the Lily Pad from this Airbnb was the favorite. The neighborhood had some variations on the quality of house, but it was quiet and peaceful our whole trip.

We loved this home for our family golf trip. It was definitely large enough for 8, and could’ve easily accommodated a few more. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed for meals. The lake was beautiful and peaceful. We spent hours relaxing on the deck. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was so great for a group of friends and their families to spend at Grand Lake. The kitchen is spacious with tons of counter space and a large table for lots of people to gather. The windows in every room allowed a wonderful view of the lake. Angela not only shared her house with us, she let us know of the incoming storm to make sure we got off the lake and be prepared. It was such a kind gesture to make sure our group stayed safe. I highly recommend staying at this house!
