great place. i enjoyed my stay

There was a little confusion checking in but the host was nearby and came to let us in. The apartment is exactly as pictured, older building with exposed brick and tin ceilings, great views of the area and comfortable like home. We were close to coffee shops, restaurants and antiques. It’s a very walkable location and street parking was not an issue.

This space was very beautiful. Very spacious and it was super clean. Sonja was a great communicator ensuring we had a relaxing weekend. I recommend it, it’s also in a great location where there’s much to do.

I come to Kearney frequently for work and this has been one of my favorite spots so far. Close to everything but quiet. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything was really great with the place. We were there for the sandhill crane migration, and it was a very good location to see the birds and the museum.

Enjoyed the back yard with large table to sit around and get caught up with family.

We came to see the Sandhill cranes in Kearney, Nebraska. The house was close to everything. We did a lot of walking around the neighborhood. Joey worked really hard on this property. He is proud of his work and it shows. He thought of everything. We enjoyed our stay and would return. We contacted him for a few little things and he got back to us immediately. Everything worked out. Thank you so much.

A charming, easy, and fun place to stay. Lots of light, a nice open layout, lots of usable spaces, and a really convenient location close to the main roads we were using during our visit. Having a garage was a GREAT thing that we hardly ever see in listings - I really appreciated that. My kids loved exploring the spaces in the house & found everything to be cozy. Details were great, right down to excellent WiFi. Host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful in communication. Great all around and really pleased with our experience.

Lovely home provided by Hoang, my team came to stay for 2 weeks while on contract for work. The host was quick at responding and worked with us adding an additional week. Highly recommend 10/10 stay!

Katie was super responsive. The place was clean and exactly as described, except it was bigger than expected. One thing to know about the place is there is no place in town to eat on the weekends. Everything is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. But the host has nothing to do with that.

Host was great to deal with. The bathroom and kitchen were modern and up to date. Great kitchen if you are wanting to eat in! Everything was super clean! Would stay here again.

Amazing place if you love a country setting! Perfect space for the family or perfect for your hunting trip. Price was excellent!

This was the perfect home base for our sandhill crane weekend. We stayed with another couple and just wish we’d had more time to relax in front of the “fire.”

An amazing place to stay if you are in the Kearney area. We have stayed numerous times and each time is just as amazing as the time before. A clean place, easy to get around, as well as great communications with the host. Looking to stay again when I’m in the area.
