Apartment vacation rentals in Grand Island

As advertised and very flexible.

This was a charming and fun place built in the late 1800s. I enjoyed a refreshing sleep as it was super quiet--I didn't even use my white noise machine. I loved the super soft blankets, the easy-to-reach charger, the Keurig coffee, the giant atlas, the Nebraska Life magazines, and the binoculars (which I never ended up using). My host's recommendation to eat at the bar, as well as to email the owner of the art gallery just across the street, were spot-on. In fact I ended up texting her about six times with questions and she was super responsive and unfailingly pleasant and prompt. She truly knows the meaning of hospitality. I really could ask not for more.

There was a little confusion checking in but the host was nearby and came to let us in. The apartment is exactly as pictured, older building with exposed brick and tin ceilings, great views of the area and comfortable like home. We were close to coffee shops, restaurants and antiques. It’s a very walkable location and street parking was not an issue.

The apartment was clean & comfortable. Within walking distance to shop, bars & restaurants downtown. Would stay here again!

This is a great stay. We enjoyed the movie theatre and local Thai place. It was also a great location for getting to the Crane Center in Alda and to see the cranes in the surrounding countryside. Thanks for a great stay.

This space was very beautiful. Very spacious and it was super clean. Sonja was a great communicator ensuring we had a relaxing weekend. I recommend it, it’s also in a great location where there’s much to do.

This was the perfect place to stay for 2 couples to arrive for an early morning (6 a.m.) viewing of Sandhill Cranes at Rowe Sanctuary. The place is quiet with two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It was more than spotlessly clean - it shone with careful maintenance. The heavily used Union Pacific rail main line is only 2 blocks away, but the whistle sounds were not disturbing and welded rail means that there is no clickety-clack. The sleeping was fine. An altogether wonderful place to stay.

Why stay in a hotel when you can have the luxury of a beautifully decorated loft in the heart of downtown Grand Island, right above an ice cream shop?! Well lit, safe location for walking, dining and coffee. The loft and host makes you feel like home. Very clean and comfortable. Very well done. Dana was wonderful about providing a last minute request for an earlier check in. Love the option to do laundry right before you pack up!

very nice little apartment, loved the large walk in shower. bed was comfortable and unit had the needed applicanes for a comfortable stay. Very minor thing is if you are sensitive to noise and like to sleep early, the bathrooms for the business in front are on the same hallway as the unit. but the hosts were excellent and they have other units on the second floor also! if I am ever back in Grand Island, I will be happy to stay again

We felt right at home in this house. There was plenty of space for all of us. The two eating areas were great. The kids/cousins were able to take over one area to eat, play games, or just hang out with each other. Stephanie was quick to respond to my messages and very helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe when we walked. It is only a few blocks from the downtown area and from a nice grocery store. We would definitely stay there again.

Nicole's place was simply amazing! One of the cleanest, modern, and most comfortable places we've stayed to date. The living room was very cozy, the bathroom was extra clean, the shower was heavenly, and the bed was a dream after a long day. We didnt use the kitchen during our stay but it was well stocked with anything you could need. Nicole was super accomodating and helpful with quick responses. Highly recommened this place if you're in Kearney!
