In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

There are two Fire TV's to watch your favorite streaming shows. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, a fenced in backyard for your pets, a BBQ grill, and one secure parking space in the attached garage.

If you have to spend time away, this newly renovated, 2 bed/1 den/1 bath with a detached garage is the perfect home away from home! The kitchen comes fully stocked for cooking, but if you don't want to cook, a surplus of dining options are just a short 3 minute drive away. All rooms are fully furnished, including a 50" Samsung Smart TV in the living room and WiFi supplied throughout the house. Relax outside in the big backyard with a patio and seating area, landscaping, and privacy fencing.
