Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Grand County

Located on my favorite street in Moab! I love this area. So close to town, yet very quiet and the backyard feels so private. Also, the houses on this street are huge. The house feels so large inside, yet it still feels cozy and well laid out. There were only 3 of us, but I bet we could have comfortably fit a lot more. Plus there is a full-sized garage, big laundry room, and ample driveway space. I will definitely stay again.

Perfect location in Green River for our girls trip to Arches and Canyonlands (SE) one day and Capitol Reef and Goblin Valley another day (SW). Kitchen is equipped with what we need to cook our meals at home and overall was a comfortable place to stay.

Our host were fantastic. They stayed in contact anytime we had questions. Their home was lovely clean and easy to navigate during our travels. It was the perfect spot for our group of eight.

We had two families of four together to kick off summer and this home was perfect for us! Great location, cozy, plenty of space and the kids loved the pool- large kitchen a dining area was great for cooking. Had an amazing time!

A wonderful place to stay just south of downtown Moab where all the restaurants and attractions lie. We found it to be a peaceful place to stay despite its proximity to the local highway which is typically only busy during the weekday/daytime hours. Light sensitive people may want to bring eye sleepwear for the eastern-facing bedroom. Hosts were wonderful. Would stay again.

The view from the property is amazing! We loved waking up every day and looking at the canyons. The house is less than minute walk to the community pool, which was super nice especially since we travelled with young children. Like other's have said, the house is located right in front of a major highway and there is some traffic noise during the night/early morning - consider ear plugs or white noise if this bothers you! It is a 10ish minute drive from downtown Moab and very close to other places of interest. We loved that the background was entirely fenced in, so we didn't have to worry about our dogs or kids playing outside.

Beautiful, comfortable home in a peaceful neighborhood. Short drive to Arches, downtown shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings playing card games and taking in the scenery. Neil checked with us several times to make sure everything was as it should be and was quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I have stayed at numerous Airbnbs in several states over the past few years and this is the absolute best! Check in was very easy. We simply checked in at the hotel check in desk and received our keys. There were no codes or instructions. The condo was immaculate! Every aspect was clean and tidy. The appliances were all very new and of up-graded quality. The dishes, glasses, cups and flatware are all of the highest quality and there was more than enough. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were exceptional. The decor is contemporary and tasteful. And an added bonus was the air hockey table! If you are traveling to Moab to go to Arches and Canyonlands, the location is perfect. It’s only five minutes to Arches and forty minutes to Canyonlands. Joy is a great host! She was very responsive and always positive. I cannot say enough great things about our experience!

Nice place, 1st floor. Hard to find trailer parking at some places and as stated we could park our trailer and jeep along outside curb, which was right outside condo. Clean and comfortable. Good supply of kitchen items,was able to cook meals when we wanted. Definitely would recommend and stay here again

Perfect! Exactly what we needed for our short stay in Moab. Conveniently located to downtown Moab (a few minute walk) and less than 10 minutes from the Arches Park entrance. The space is so cute and welcoming. We enjoyed some wine on the rooftop after sunset one of the nights. Would definitely stay here again when we come back and love that you could rent multiple units for a larger group.

This place was even cuter in person! The location was perfect, an easy walk to shops and great food options. It was a very comfortable stay for two people. I especially appreciated the cooler that was provided, which came in super handy since I flew in. The space had just the right amount of amenities and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed without feeling cluttered. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was very good for our trip to Arches. the description of the rental was accurate. i did read the reviews and the description of the rental.And I do not remember seeing anything about it being up on the third floor with no elevator. Just an FYI for those of us with bad knees, and to be honest, I may have just missed it in the description. I did have difficulty getting my luggage up the stairs. The pool and hot tub were very nice and you will need to ask Chad for the gate code to get into that area. Kitchen was nicely appointed and the beds were very comfortable. A nice stay for the money and plenty of room.

We stayed in Moab for two nights only and visited local parks. We therefore had no time to use the many amenities listed - which we would have if we had had more time. The apartment felt safe, parking was plentiful, the apartment was very clean and quiet. I appreciated the new knives and spice rack in the kitchen - that was a nice friendly touch.

Great place! Clean and relaxing. Very close to downtown, restaurants, and hiking. Perfect for two couples, grill outside made for a wonderful cookout with an amazing view.

My wife and I had a great week in Moab. The condo was in a great area and very quiet during the week. Golf course right out the back sliding glass door. Community pool was also very nice. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Dan's place was the best basecamp for our family of 3's Moab adventures. Easy 10 min drive to downtown Moab. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable after a long day of hiking! The kitchen is huge and has everything anyone could need to cook. In the summer the morning time on the back porch was awesome to sit and see the mountain views. We will definitely be back!

It really was a perfect accommodations for our family of 4, enough space for everyone to have their own space and enough seating in the dining and living room. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to pool area. The Pools were nice and the water was refreshing and not hot like a bathtub, which I appreciated when the temp hit 102. Easy access and great location to the Parks, Arches, Dead Horse Point and canyonlands. It was a great home base for us to explore the area. Kitchen was nicely stocked, I always like when they have some supplies to help out. Overall very satisfied! Thank you.

We had a great time in Moab and loved the accommodations at this condo. We had everything we needed. Po towels and a cooler was provided, which was fantastic for our relaxing afternoon.

Sage Creek in Moab is wonderful. Close to all things to do yet still quiet and pleasant. Pool is excellent.

Very nice and clean house. Quiet location. Perfect for a family to have enough space to spread out. My teenage boys were very happy and relaxed. Also had a well stocked kitchen. It was perfect to be able to cook our meals at home.

Great location...just far enough out of town to be peaceful, but a quick drive to all the restaurants and shops. The beds, bedding, pillows, and towels were all super soft and the added fans made for great sleep. The washer/dryer worked perfect. There's a shaded spot on one side of the pool that made for a great place to dip your legs in while reading.
