The Garden Room, with its 24 square meter surface, offers a romantic and intimate atmosphere, thanks to a comfortable canopy, double bed and an exclusive, modern bathroom. There is also a single bed. It is the ideal formula for a romantic escape in the most fascinating city in the world! All our mattresses are made with anti-allergy materials. The classic wooden floor gives a homelike touch to the entire room.

St. Marks and Rialto are 15 minutes away. Room with private bathroom direct view on the Accademia bridge and partially on the Gran Canal. Double bed. For 2 single beds the request has to be done within 10:00 a.m on the arrival date

Joivy DoveVivo is a newly built facility in the most authentic area of the historic centre of Venice, ideal for combining ease of movement and comfort of stay, being a 3-minute walk from the Santa Lucia train station and 7 minutes from the Piazzale Roma bus and waterbus terminal. The room has two separate beds and private bathroom. There is also a gym, a restaurant/bar and 2 terraces with breathtaking views.
