Vacation rentals with beach access in Grand Canal

Apart from the initial difficulty getting into the apartment - Luciano gave us the wrong door code - it was excellent and a great location for any trip to Venice. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen and bathroom, quiet but convenient and a wonderful haven to come home to after a busy day.

Apartment as described and photos as described. Alessandra was very responsive. Nice location to visit Venice a little outside the tourist crowds.

Our family of 5 loved our stay at Davide's apartment in Venice. The location was excellent but also quiet - so close to so much! Davide was a great host - so helpful with lots of great tips & useful information to help us have an awesome time on Venice! We highly recommend.

Natascia is a super hostess. She was always available and we were able to check in earlier. She explained everything to us on arrival in her immaculate apartment and had a lavish welcome package for us and also everything we needed for the bathroom. We were right at home! The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, sometimes the neighbor's dogs barked. The ferry port to Venice is within walking distance. In the south, there are great beaches and we ate twice in the 3 days of our stay at the Ristorante Pizzeria, which was about a 10-minute walk. Thank you, Natascia, for everything!

Angelo takes pride in both his accommodation and his insightful approach. Getting a lift to and from the boat to Main Venice was a real blessing. All the best beaches we're available by bus. The promenades nearby a delight.. I found the keys a bit tricky at timed but probably just me. Great stay

Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. Federica was a great host! She was extremely responsive, very helpful and the place was amazing. Quiet area but beautiful views, easy to access by public transportation and lots to do!

We loved our stay in Lido. The apartment was clean, spacious and in a great location. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The beds were also very comfortable, and it was a great place to return home to after a long day of exploring.

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

Beautiful apartment, in a very quiet location. Equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything is taken care of in every detail. Unfortunately, in the evening in Burano there are not many places open, it would have been better to organize to dine at home. With children, you have to be careful with the staircase, which is a little exposed. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tey. Tey met us at the bus stop and walked us to her home. Everything was beautiful, exactly as the pictures show. We especially appreciated the cold Prosecco in the fridge! Beds were wonderful…and the sea view! Our family *really* enjoyed playing in the waves—such a nice, refreshing change of pace from the hustle of Venice. I’d recommend Casa Tey to anyone. Meraviglioso.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

The place is perfect! Getting to Venice is very simple from the apartment. It's spacious and comfortable. Elena left us very clear instructions for how all the appliances work. The view from the terrace is beautiful! We would recommend this listing.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

I cannot recommend Maria enough. Her and her husband’s hospitality was unmatched. From arranging all water taxis, to meeting upon arrival and escorting to the rental, to the detailed materials provided on safe and easy travel throughout the city with all the must sees and local favorites, they provided exceptional care for us to enjoy our stay and ensure we had the best experience possible. We had an amazing time at Nicky House for the last leg of a 10-day holiday to Italy. The house was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the entire place felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet close to shops, restaurants recommended by Nicole, and the Punta Sabbioni ferry terminal. Nicole was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth. Nicole clearly takes pride in providing a great guest experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

Loredana's place is a 5" walk from the vaporetto in a charming neighbourhood of traditional Lido houses. The setting is quiet & the appartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our few nights & hugely appreciated the friendliness of our host who made a busy Venice visit for the Biennale easy & relaxing.

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

Valeria and Paolo are very good hosts. Even before the trip, they gave us good tips. You were always immediately available. Check-in was very straightforward. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and offers plenty of space. The roof terrace overlooking the sea and to enjoy the sunsets is magnificent. The apartment is in a good place, the bus stop is practically at the front door and the bus runs every 20 minutes. The possibility to be on the beach, in nature and yet so quickly in the old town of Venice was very much enjoyed by our family, with teenagers. Thank you for the wonderful time in Alberoni.

We had the most amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how thoughtfully everything was prepared. The owner had thought of every little detail to ensure we had the best stay possible. The location was perfect – only a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre and just a 5-minute stroll to the boat taxi stop, which was so convenient for getting to the airport. The area itself was beautiful and peaceful, yet close to all the action. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Venice – highly recommend! Just to note, Dott was so helpful and responded within a few hours! One of the best hosts we have had :)

Great place to base yourself to explore Venice, Lido, and the other islands. The Lido is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. A great place to retreat to at the end of the day after exploring the busy and crowded Venice. Paolo's place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Perfect!

Adriana’s apartment was a great find in Venice. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is on the 4th floor so difficult if you have mobility issues but worth it for the view! Adriana was a great host, letting us check in early and leave our luggage at the apartment until our flight later in the day. I would definitely recommend this listing.
