Nelle immediate vicinanze (metri 30) si trova il Museo M9 il museo multimediale e digitale, inoltre nella piazzetta sono presenti vari locali quali bar per l'aperitivo, e ristoranti hamburger, pesce e cucina tipica, a 150 metri c'è un supermarket aperto 7 giorni su 7 e la fermata del Bus per Venezia dista solamente 100 metri.
