The location is perfect for exploring Dublin and enjoying the shops right outside. My only recommendation would be a detailed list of instructions for things like the oven only working if the clock is set and the combination washer/dryer.

Stuart is honestly the best host I've ever had! He was communicative at all hours of the day and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. He is so polite, thoughtful and generous (even asking if anything was missing from the flat). The apartment is newly refurnished and felt like a brand new place but still at a very reasonable price! Plus, it's immaculate! I recommend this place to anyone! Thanks so much, Stuart!

I stayed for three weeks (from late November to mid-December) in this studio as I transitioned to my new job in Dublin. Location-wise, it is excellent; it is close enough to the city center while away from the hustle and bustle of its crowded area. It is pretty quiet. Grocery stores are nearby, and there are also some great places to grab a bite or coffee. The hosts were very kind, helpful, and generous. They had left essential foods and necessities such as coffee, tea, oil, cleaning products, etc., necessary for a relatively extended stay. The unit felt a bit cold at some point, and the hosts immediately brought a heating device once I communicated the situation. Overall, my experience with the hosts and place was great.
