Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and for a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood-burning stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 12 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

Rustic Private Cottage front Lake w/ BOAT

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.

A nice apartment, 2 km from the lake, on the ground floor of a manor house in a very quiet area without traffic. A garden with a pergola and a parking space are available. A free public beach with toilets is 2 km away. Restaurants, shopping malls and fitness centers are 2.5 km away. The center of Lugano can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. The area offers many possibilities for excursions. A sofa bed is available upon request.

Pieds dans l'eau | Private Access to Lake Lugano

This small, waterfront annex directly overlooks Lake Lugano and is designed exclusively for two adults. The large windows offer a continuous view of the water, while the outdoor courtyard has a gate for the exclusive use of guests that allows direct access to the lakefront. The accommodation does not have air conditioning (two fans are available). For safety reasons, it cannot accommodate children or pets. Private covered parking.
