We had a great stay. The apartment was sparkling clean and everything necessary was available. Our highlights: The location (you are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle and yet you can reach shops and restaurants in a few minutes by car, ideal for exploring the south of the island), the view (unobstructed view of the sea and spectacular sunrises - to be observed from the bed) and the unique care by Luca (everything was well organized, quickly accessible for concerns and extremely helpful). All in all, a wonderful place to stay, we would book again immediately.

Enrique’s apartment has a beautiful interior, is tastefully decorated and has a stunning view from the large terrace. It is equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We ate in the apartment a couple of times and the kitchen provided everything we needed. Enrique was a great host. He was very welcoming and left us a bottle of cava, waters and fruits which was very kind. He was always responsive and kept in touch about our arrival time so he was there when we arrived which made us confident to find the apartment in the dark. We had no problems but if we had, we are confident Enrique would have helped us. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Thanks to Elvira for her kindness, hospitality and little piece of heaven. exceptional location on a small black sandy beach, very quiet. It is a small quiet village away from the hustle and bustle and tourists. for people looking for authenticity. Supermarket a few kilometers away. You have to have a vehicle to get around the island. we recommend this place without a second thought. we would love to come back to recharge. certainly one of the last beaches without a horde of tourists. There is a very good restaurant on the beach.

I recommend this house as it is: new, very clean, equipped with all kitchen/cleaning equipment. We got along very well with the host of the house as she was very helpful, kind and sweet. I highly recommend it.

One of the best airbnb apartments I've ever been to. So much investment and thought about the details. I really liked the hammock porch, the bathtub, the linens that smelled wonderful and the decor.

We had a super nice time in Fuerteventura! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. Especially the terrace was a highlight, perfect for breakfast or simply to relax overlooking the sea. The area is quiet, but everything is within easy reach. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Annika was very responsive and offered help with any questions I had in good time. The apartment was perfect. I loved the view from the balcony to the beach and sea, breathtaking! I had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. I am a coffee-holic, so the coffee machine, provided with beans, was heaven for me in the morning! The location was excellent and halfway in terms of the beach, to walk up to the old town and harbour or the other side. The beach was stunning. It's great that it's not so commercialised with row upon row of umbrellas... Supermarkets easily accessible. I recommend Annika's place, you won't be disappointed!

I was the “tour leader” but didn’t actually get to go on the trip due to an accident - however our friends who did go rated their stay very highly & had a terrific time. By all accounts Monica was a “star”!

The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished, there is everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, everything is very clean. Checking in was super easy, with a key safe. For questions and uncertainties, we could reach Domingo quickly and reliably. The terrace is not visible from the outside and it is very quiet in the residential area. In the village, there are some restaurants/pizzeria that you can recommend. There is also a well-stocked supermarket. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We have booked again and have recovered very well. It's very quiet. The sea is "practically" at your doorstep. It is remote and away from mass tourism. Thanks Dulce and Carlos.

From the off-set Giovanni and Alfredo were simply the perfect hosts. Their communication from pre-booking to post check-out was second to none - they always replied within a matter of minutes and were on hand whenever we needed them and even let us have a late check-out on our final day. We made a few suggestions during our stay, two of which were some cushions for the sofa in the lounge and the provision of beach towels for the loungers, both of which were provided the same day! The property is simply beautiful. It's free of clutter, squeaky clean and we'd have to say, has the best position on the Sun Beach complex! There is even sun on the terrace until after lunch - it was lovely to sit out on the loungers in a morning with a coffee and admire the sea and pool view, in perfect peace and tranquility. Just love it here. We will definitely be back and can recommend it, without a moment's hesitation. Thank you for having us Giovanni & Alfredo. See you again very soon... Sally & Andy x

Next to the golf course. 180° view of the sea. house matches the photos with beautiful volumes and well oriented terrace. everything was great.

Our experience with Pablo, Nina and our stay at Villa Minea was outstanding ! From the start Pablo was quick to reply, generous in sharing information and answering any questions we had, and flexible when we wanted to add two more guests to our booking. Pablo has put much time and care into collecting recommended places to visit including restaurants and beaches that can be added to your google maps easily with the click of a button, so we had a feel of the area and places we would like to visit before arriving. Villa Minea was a dream to stay at, spacious, peaceful, respectful, clean, well equipped, the closest beach minutes away on foot. We were so happy to have a visit from Nina on the day of my mother's birthday gifting her a bottle of fizz, and also offering to book us a table for dinner at the close of our holiday ! Such thoughtful touches. Everything flowed with ease, friendliness and professionalism from start to end, and we would be back in a heart beat, highly recommend !

Very nice house, with a whole series of extra amenities, products in the kitchen (coffee, sugar, salt, various spices, water, bottle of wine, etc.) You find sunscreen, and after-crema, beach towels. The house isn't right on the sea, but it's so beautiful and comfortable that's fine. Thanks Veronica!

The complex in which the apartment is located has a beautiful and cozy flair in which you feel very comfortable. In my opinion, much nicer than many modern facilities. Great location with direct access to the sea. No crossing a road necessary, great with kids.

Very nice apartment. Our second stay in this complex and this apartment was better than previous one. Will target it next summer. No problems at all. Amazing.

Great apartment with perfect location just by the beach. Stunning views from the terrace and living room. Both Amanay and Marisa were quick and accommodating. We would gladly return.

We are going back next year. The apartment had everything we needed, is tastefully furnished, well laid out and the roof terrace is superb, South facing with full sun all day but has a lovely shaded area when you’ve had enough! The only slight negative is there is quite a lot of building work going on in El Cotillo right now so expect a bit of noise through until about June 26 when the construction is completed. It won’t stop us going back to this apartment next year though !!! Daniella was superb to deal with and my wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday! El Cotillo is a fabulous chilled out very Spanish resort, exactly what keeps us coming back. If you have never visited I would suggest a car is necessary to make the most of the surrounding area. The lagoons area towards the lighthouse is some of the most tranquil sunbathing you could enjoy anywhere ! Steps beach is also amazing, head for heights required though !

A great appartment with the most spectacular view. Very well equipped and super clean. The restaurants on the ground floor are great for breakfast, lunch and dinner but can get a bit noisy in the very early morning when they start prepping for the day as well as in the late evening when people hang in there for quite a long time; more or less right under the bedroom area. We didn't really mind but it might be different if you're looking for an absolute quite place. Brenda was always available and we didn't have anything to complain about.

Very good host, quick to respond and kind. The stay was very well cared for and clean, the truth is that you leave very happy! And the location is good, being in the middle of the island, it's more enjoyable to have to go north or south and be able to visit everything. I recommend it 😁

Everything was completely in order, and Paula communicated with us daily by giving us tips on what to do and where to eat in the area. We are absolutely happy with all the recommendations and fully recommend her services and staying at her apartment.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was just like the photos, everything was taken care of in detail and impeccable. It was like being at home. The views from the terrace, spectacular. Great for relaxing listening to the waves of the sea from the tranquility of your home. The location is ideal, the area is very quiet. They are building several buildings in the area so there are works next door, but you don't hear much noise or bother. The apartment is very close to the beach and the village, you can walk everywhere. If you take a car, it's great to have parking with direct access. There is also plenty of parking space in the area. And Raquel, a delight. The instructions and information you sent were very complete. She was always available and attentive to any questions or queries, super friendly. A great experience, ideal for disconnecting. I'll definitely repeat.
