The house is from 1666 The townhouse contains a kitchenette, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, as well as a dining room and TV room. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and a combi oven. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms. A large room with a double bed and space for a baby bed, and a smaller room with two single beds. The beds are made. The house has a private entrance and WiFi On the first floor, the ceiling height is 185 cm. In the shower, the ceiling height is 190 cm

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Amazing nature In the area with Stensbæk plantation 5 minutes away and a half hour, you stand in the Wadden Sea National Park. Huset har stor dejlig sydvendt lukket gårdhave, hvor man kan nyde solen hele dagen. Der kan parkeres på gaden tæt på huset to timer gratis mellem 10-18 på hverdage og lørdag mellem 10-14. Ellers er der gratis parkering hele døgnet ca fem minutters gang fra huset

You can bring a horse, which will be able to come on the fold or/and in the box. We have good fishing opportunities in Ribe Å, ask upon arrival. It is 6 km in amazing nature in the dike (bike/gob) into the center of Ribe. Fire pit, outdoor pizza oven and shelter may be used during stays.
