Centrally located, you can reach the pedestrian zone, the train station, the Bavarian Zugspitzbahn, the Olympia Eissportzentrum and the Alpspitz-Wellenbad in just a few minutes. Our apartments are individually and modernly equipped in an alpine style and, in addition to a wonderful view, have every comfort.

The open attic apartment with 50 m2 (fully equipped) is centrally located, close to the spa park, the convention center, the pedestrian zone and not far from the train station. The center of Garmisch, as well as the center of Partenkirchen, can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
