This newly remodeled waterfront property offers a gentle slope to the water perfect for swimming and wading. It is usually deep enough to moor a boat or jet skis right at the shore although if the water level fluctuates you might have to tie it up a little further out or use our boat slip at the Marina less than a quarter mile away. Current registration and proof of insurance is required for the dock.

Jennifer was so quick to respond to our questions. The space was so clean and tidy and stocked with unexpected snacks and drinks! The beds were comfortable and we had very peaceful sleep! I highly recommend her property for a surprisingly modernized space on the western Main St. in Graford!! Two thumbs up!! Thank you Jennifer

I cannot say enough about this place! We had a great experience staying here, everything was so clean and had all that we can possibly need. Jennifer even made a cute little sign welcoming us for our stay. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

We were there for a ball tournament so we were away from the cabin most of the time. Taylor was very responsive to our needs and helpful with our requests. It was definitely a nice place to be away and relax.
