Unser sehr helles, idyllisches und ruhig gelegenes Apartement liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses und hat direkten Zugang zu Ihrem Terrassenanteil und dem Garten. Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Nur acht Kilometer vom Chiemsee und Simssee entfernt. Zentral zwischen München und Salzburg und fernab von Hektik und Stress und das zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Das freistehende Gästehaus befindet sich im rückwärtigen Teil des historischen Anwesens Hammerschmiede Grafing (erb. 1664) , gelegen am Bachlauf der Urtel. Weit weg vom Straßenverkehr, grenzend an weite Wiesen und doch nur 1 km zum betriebsamen Marktplatz. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Biomarkt - alles fußläufig 12 Zugminuten von Grafing Bahnhof zum Münchner Ostbahnhof. Und S-Bahn nach München von Grafing Stadt. Ein guter Platz zum Arbeiten, Ausspannen, Ausflüge in die Berge unternehmen, Messe ..

Die Ferienwohnung bietet mit einer Größe von etwa 60 qm Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Die gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. OG und ist über die Außentreppe erreichbar. Über den nach Westen ausgerichteten Wohnraum geht es direkt auf den eigenen, geschützten Freisitz mit Blick in die Natur. Die Küche wie auch die übrige Einrichtung wurde von einem ortsansässigen Schreiner mit regionalem Holz gefertigt. Details, Stoffe und Farben wurden liebevoll zum Wohlfühlen ausgewählt

Souterrain Apartment mit eigenem Bad und Küche

Dieses Apartment ist ein eigenständiger Bereich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit eigenem Bad und einer kompletten Küche. Es befindet sich im Keller als Souterrain Wohnung mit 2 großen Fenstern. Die Möblierung erfolgte 2022 komplett neu. Ein großer Smart-TV und WLAN sind vorhanden und es besteht auch die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschine zu nutzen. Das Haus selbst liegt in einem idyllischen Ort im Grünen. Ziele wie die Therme Erding und München sind in 30 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Our beautiful basement apartment lets you dive directly into the world of the mountains and forests of Bavaria. The apartment has a modern kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. In addition, a private bathroom with toilet and shower is part of the apartment. In the cozy sleeping and living area you will find a soft bed, as well as a comfortable sofa bed (inn one room). We are located only 500m from the S-Bahn station Eglharting. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
