It is about 25 minutes drive to Messe- Munich exhibition center , 50 minutes drive to Munich airport. The apartment is nice decorated with real wood floor and high-end furniture. A dreaming place to have a vacation with the families. Parking is free and right in front of the entrance, supermarket is just 1 kilometer away. The high way entrance is 3 kilometer away.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. With us you are in the countryside and can still experience a lot! Between meadows & forests lies the village of Hofsingelding. It is only a 10-minute walk to the S2 to Munich, Messe, Erding. Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a separate residential unit on the upper floor with a private bathroom - shower/toilet, a single kitchen and a small silent refrigerator (36 liters), which is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen is the third sleeping option in a niche. A covered seating area is available to you on the east side. The small, non-haired Biewer Yorkshire Pino, from the neighboring house likes to visit us every day.
