Wonderful stay at Roman & Kathi’s place!!! Recommended 11/10!!! Can’t recommend it enough!!!

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment from the beginning. Everything you need is available, and even beyond (in our case). We will be happy to come back anytime! The hostess Irena is very, very nice, accommodating and helpful! How nice when everything can be so uncomplicated, straightforward and loving! Companies, activities of any kind are unlimited. We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

This place is amazing mostly thanks to its roof terrace - it was rather windy this time but otherwise I could imagine spending half of the day on this terrace above Adriatic and watch the blue sea. Clean, cute and stylish place, I loved staying there! Communication was easy and friendly:) Recommended!

Beautiful apartment, recently refurbished, modern, cozy. But the real added value is the rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of Piran. Jovana is extremely attentive and friendly - making sure her guests have a great time. We sure did.

Very pleasant stay at Vesna's. Very well-equipped house in a great environment. We really enjoyed the small gifts offered by the family, eggs, beers, a bottle of champagne and a cheese and cold cuts tasting tray. We also had very warm exchanges. Everything was perfect.

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking, and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area to reach the sea with a few minutes' walk. A convenience store, a bakery, and a restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

We were in this house as a family of four with two children. We didn't miss anything. The place was not only beautifully decorated, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and with lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage is in his garden was not a problem at all. We had complete privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

Very good location, centrally located in Barcola, but quiet. Great ambience, beautiful rooms. And René was an excellent host, very accommodating, always available, informative, very friendly, thank you very much. Without a doubt, I would book again immediately if I were in Trieste. I loved it! We only stayed one night, but the accommodation is clean, very conveniently located, comfortable and beautiful. It has a really nice vibe and a beautiful terrace. I would totally recommend it and I would like to stay there again. The only two "buts" we found were 1) the check-out time is very early and 2) as a guest, you have to take out the trash and throw it in one of the bins at the end of your stay? I had never read anything like this on an Airbnb and considering that we were going with bbs, strollers and suitcases, it was also heavy to carry the trash and split up to go look for the containers. We were in a big hurry to get out in time and also stressed about the trash😅. Other than that, the truth is that everything is very good and Katarzyna is very attentive to offer us a crib.

A central location, friendly hostess, excellent value and a lovely apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vila Kolumban. The garden was perfect for our kids to play in and the views were amazing. The surroundings were peaceful and we were able to completely relax. The house was comfortable, light, spacious and clean. Špela provided games for our kids to play with and gave us recommendations for the local area. Špela and Peter were friendly and kind. We recommend booking this place!

We have stayed with Jasna & Vlado for the 3rd time and feel very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is a 4-minute walk, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

Marina's house is large and well-equipped, comfortable beds, large and pleasant bathrooms. Remarkable common spaces! The location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside the house to reach the seafront and the center in a very short time, and taxi parking in front of the door. Car parking nearby if you're lucky! Park S. Giacomo 5 minutes from the house (for a fee). Marina is friendly, punctual and informed! Great stay, thank you! Marco

It is newly refurbished, spotless, with all the necessary amenities, and just about the right size for a couple. The place is very easy to find, and there is a beautiful view just a few steps from the main door. There are lots of fantastic restaurants, a market with fresh produce, and lots of other interesting places within walking distance. Dezi was super helpful and very friendly. Great for a relaxing vacation, if you are planning to work, there is a high table with bar chairs which might not be ideal for long work sessions, and the WIFI connection is poor, so have a reliable connection with you. Wonderful place and host, highly recommend!

The apartment was completely as described, plus you add a live charm, and then it's even nicer. The space is relatively small but brilliantly organized. Everything is in place. Stancic is quiet, ususky, warm and romantic. Natasha and Sammuele are very proactive and share everything in advance. There's a whole "book" recommendation left on what to see, where to go, where to eat. The street is two minutes from the seafront. The apartment is on the fourth floor which will give you a great view, all the way to the Miramare Castle.

We had a wonderful stay, great location, modern amenities, everything you need. Beach only 5 min away, great shopping, great pool. Markus was always available and was very helpful the whole time

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rental was clean and cozy- with a wonderful view of the marina. Annalise was so helpful, friendly and hospitable. We would recommend!!

Beautiful apartment in the suburb of Grado. The bikes (including 2 locks) were perfect for getting into town via good bike paths. Even for our daughter (4 years, 100 cm) a bicycle was available, as well as a bicycle with a child seat for our 2-year-old son. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach through a small garden gate. Bakers, restaurants and a small supermarket are also in the immediate vicinity. Erica was very accommodating and thanks to the video sent in advance, we were well informed before our arrival.
