Checkin was very easy, the apartment was very clean and as the pictures showed. Old Town Nin is only a few minutes walk away with lots of shops and cafes. Highly recommend this place!

Hartstikke fijn appartement en zeer vriendelijke host! Het appartement was zoals omschreven en alles was naar behoren aanwezig. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de host. Hierbij gaf ze ons goede tips voor restaurants en activiteiten, ook keek ze mee naar weersvoorspellingen en we ontvingen een plattegrond van de regio, erg handig! We troffen wat kleine hygiënische minpunten aan die we met de host gedeeld hebben, hier werd goed op gereageerd. Al met al een zeer fijne ervaring. Deze advertentie is een aanrader!

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

We had a Nice stay. It was at the beginning of the season so it was nice and calm. The house is located on the beach. There’s a gym and sauna so that was great to start the day off and go for a swim. House is nice. Everything you need is there and around the house. Market is around the corner. Zadar is +- 20 min drive away. Recommend. 👍🏼

Kleine, süße Wohnung in top Lage. Nur 1 Min vom Strand entfernt, mit Zugang zum Pool. Es war alles top und sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, aber es hat wirklich alles super gepasst und war für uns und das lange Wochenende perfekt.

Communication was easy, everything was as we expected and worth the value we paid for it.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist perfekt für diejenigen die es gemütlich haben möchten. Zum einkaufen ist es 8 km mit dem Auto kein Problem. Das kleine Restaurant ist aber auch lecker, Wir haben uns ab und zu für die Kids dazubestellt auf unserer Terrasse das fanden wir Mega. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We loved our stay during the Easter time. Very private and peaceful. Zadar is the city that is the nearest, approx. 20min drive. Beach access and good internet. Recommended!

Our stay in Croatia was simply wonderful! The accommodation was fantastic – quiet, very clean, and comfortable. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making our stay really enjoyable. We especially loved the veranda, where we could have breakfast outside in the mornings and enjoy the great weather. Our host Marko was extremely friendly and helpful. He provided us with lots of useful information about local sights and gave great tips. Communication was easy, and he took excellent care of us during our stay. A real highlight was the amazing view and the location right by the sea. It was incredibly convenient to just walk out of the house, cross the street, and be swimming in the Adriatic Sea. We would gladly come back anytime!

5 stars is not enough, this stay was a 10! Marin is a wonderful host, so accommodating, he helped in any way. He took part in the surprise of my sister coming to visit after years apart and it was SO SPECIAL! He left pool toys for the kids, also seemed like he bought a highchair and crib for our baby they were so new and clean! He left a bottle of wine for birthday celebrations. Just an incredible host who cares about his guests. The home itself was so clean, equipped with everything you may need. Marin always responded quickly with suggestions, reservations, any questions. This was the best air bnb stay! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We have stayed as two families with all about 7 people. The host was very friendly and helpful. The house was as described and pictured and absolutely clean. It could have been a little bit better equipped (kitchen) and it would be great to have more air conditioning in more rooms, because with only fans in the bedrooms (except one) it is getting really too hot these days. But overall we had a wonderful time and the pool is amazing. It is a clear recommendation and thanks for having us. We had a great week!

Mateo was very responsive and provided us with clear instructions. The home was absolutely beautiful and matches the photo/description!! The backyard was stunning and there was a great place to hang out as a family. The property is very clean and very well cared for. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Es hat alles gepasst. Uns Gebiet es sehr. Die Aussicht war grossartig.

Wir sind vier Freunde und haben das Haus von Nevena sehr genossen! Es war für uns genau passend, 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsmöglicheiten für jeden. Die Küche ist sehr modern und zweckmäßig ausgestattet (Kaffeevollautomat, Sandwichmaker, Spülmaschine.. ) Wir haben den Garten mit Pool und gemütlicher Sitzlounge geliebt. Der Pool ist echt ein Highlight! 🥰 Der Grill ist ideal und wir haben unser BBQ auf dem schönen Balkon genossen. Die Hängematte unter dem Baum ist ein schöner Schattenplatz zum Ausruhen. Alles ist so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Nevena ist eine großartige und herzliche Gastgeberin. Als Willkommensgruß gab es lokale Snacks wie Käse und Schinken und einen Wein. Sehr aufmerksam! Außerdem haben wir wertvolle Tipps für Strände, Restaurants und Umgebung erhalten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft unbedingt und kommen gerne wieder! 😊
