Besplatan parking u sklopu kuće. Ispod apartmana na svega 20m nalaze se dvije manje plaže. Centar grada kao i glavna gradska plaža nalaze se na svega 600m od apartmana

Stanovi se nalaze u novoj iz temelja adaptiranoj kamenoj kuci. Smještenoj u staroj jezgri Grada Paga. Udaljenost do plaže je 5 min hoda. Restorani, banka, trgovine, i lokali su udaljeni par minuta hoda. Parkiralište je udaljeno 100metara, a može se parkirati i besplatno na privatnoj parceli udaljenoj 5 min hoda. Kategorija stanova je 3 zvjezdice. U stanovima nije dozvoljeno pušenje!
