House vacation rentals in Grad Krk

It was an amazing stay. The hosts were super nice and always answered super fast if there were questions. The place is super sweet but for our personal taste it could‘ve been cleaner it was overall clean but there were a view things that could’ve gotten a little more attention while cleaning. It was a nice neighborhood we weren’t super quiet but there was never an issue with any neighbors. We do have to say that one evening a neighbor came onto the property to sell us olive oil which was kinda weird because we were only girls so I would keep the gates closed ( which we didn’t oops) and maybe not have things of worth laying around outside because if he had the chance to come onto the property others can to. But the host answered immediately when we told her and made sure we always felt save for the rest of our stay. Would definitely come back overall amazing.

There were four of us in the beautiful, modern, clean house. There is a contact person on site, a very warm woman, she helped us with everything we need. The rooms all have air conditioning and the kitchen is super equipped. There were plenty of towels and even tabs for washing for the washing machine. A barbecue incl. charcoal is also on the beautiful spacious terrace. We liked it very much and we can only recommend the house.

What a lovely place this was! Bright, clean and cool house. With a swimming pool in front of the door. What else do you want? Quiet location, but entertainment close by. Don't hesitate..book.

A wonderful villa that leaves nothing to be desired. Very modern, very well equipped. It is located in a small settlement, and even if some houses are still in front of it, you have a view of the bay of Krk and the sea. When you arrive, you feel like in the hotel: towels and bathrobes are waiting for the beds, the bathrooms are equipped with soap and shampoo. All rooms have air conditioning, TV and private bathrooms. Highlight is the spacious, half-covered terrace with the pool, loungers and seating groups. The entire complex and amenities are very high quality, the hosts Valentina and Seny are very nice and helpful. If you are not looking for a "traditional cottage" made of stone, with wooden beams and surrounded by wine - this is a nice alternative. We can fully recommend this villa and it is worth its price.

The place was as described, very hospitable welcome and also good communication during the stay. The pool with beautiful views was a definite highlight. The way to the beach is a bit adventurous, but very worthwhile. We had a great stay and would come back anytime.

Our stay at this beautiful house was more than we wished for! Marina & Zeljko has been the best hosts ever making us feel like home, giving us the best recommendations, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we need and being so generous and letting us try homemade and local products. The animals around the house was appreciated by both young & old. The AC in the house worked very well even on the hottest days. The pool and the outside area was clean and very well kept! This is the perfect holiday home for a family. We would love to come back!

Hallo, We arrived with 6 adults and 2 children. We were very warmly welcomed by Tatjana's family. This was the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The house was beautiful with great furniture and a beautiful view. We were very enthusiastic about the modern and clean furnishings. It was all perfect and we can definitely recommend it. We can definitely recommend a stay in Emma’s house. The house has everything you need for a relaxed holiday. It is also very close to Krk (walking distance). Mother and daughter are great hosts. They responded quickly to our questions.

Beautiful place and a great host. Perfect place for people who are independent, with a car and bikes or who like to walk long distances. This was exactly what we needed and expected. The host couldn’t do anything better.

A home surrounded by a garden with local plants, herbs, and pine trees. Possibility to spread the linens under the trees, take a shower outdoors, wash the dog on the way back from the sea. In the house everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, air conditioning. An out of time experience with many comforts of our times. Very nice

We stayed 6 nights in this cute mini apartment. Great location because out of the chaos of the city but very comfortable to reach the center and the various amenities on foot. Small but essential apartment equipped with everything you need for a holiday. The owner of the house was kind, discreet, and helpful. Great indoor parking space and terrace. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Patricia's was just perfect! The place was exactly as described. Everything was very clean, tidy and lovingly furnished. You immediately notice that a lot of emphasis is placed on details here in order to provide guests with a pleasant stay. The location was ideal and quiet. Particularly noteworthy is the hospitality. We really felt welcome.

Josip was a very responsive and helpful host. Communication is fast and clear. The house is clean, exactly as shown in pictures, close to old town, great restaurants and beaches. The house was spacious enough for 6 adults and 1 infant. We spent alot of time together in the large open kitchen/living room area. Air conditioning in every room is a nice touch and very much needed in the summer. We absolutely recommend Josip's house and would definitely use it again if we return.

Karlo's house matches the description provided, it's a beautiful place to stay. The outdoor space is well equipped, great for relaxing after a day at sea. The porch offers the possibility of alfresco dining in comfort even with the possibility of a large barbecue. The interiors are well arranged and upstairs there is the must-have (in summer) air conditioning. Tomislav and Dominique, who welcomed us, were very welcoming and helpful.

All in all, the property is highly recommended! Super clean, modern and new, great location and yet very quiet. The beds were also very comfortable. The hostess was always available. What more could you ask for?

We had a great time at this beautiful village home, beautifully renovated by Claudia. Thanks to its 2 terraces (one of which offers a beautiful sea view in the distance) and its large stone walls, it allows you to recharge in peace and cool. In addition, it is ideally located to shine on the island and discover the many coves. As for the equipment, we have found everything we needed. Just a little regret: that there is no dishwasher (but we already knew it before leaving) or freezer!

The accommodation still exceeded our expectations. It's not just the facilities, cleanliness and all, the place has a spirit (genius loci). Communication with the hostess was quick and seamless, everything worked, so satisfaction. If you're ok with the fact that the beaches are about 2 km along forest paths, you'll be rewarded with privacy for swimming (we were here in June). For us it was worth it and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet without the crowds. Anyone who expects to cycle to the sea must be a skilled rider, as it must be very challenging in the heat and back from the water up the big hill. We preferred to use the car. We definitely want to go back!

We had a very pleasant time with Claudia. We felt right at home. The quaint cottage is quietly located in a small place about 15 min. Travel time from the city of Krk. It is super well-equipped, even umbrellas we needed once were there! It was clean and cozy. The small shaded terrace in front of the house is wonderfully suitable for breakfast and is complemented downstairs in the garden with a dining area with barbecue. A hammock also invites you to relax there. Fresh herbs are also available. The view of the sea has rounded everything off! The room with a double bed is on the ground floor and unfortunately does not have a window, but only a large wooden gate facing the street. Here you can at best tilt the window door to ventilate. But we didn't find that that bad. The other bedroom is underneath and is also wonderfully cool. We did not miss the air conditioning, which is only on the first floor. Thank you, Claudia!😊

Great place to stay with great hosts! We were greeted in a very friendly and accommodating manner and felt right at home. In the house everything was clean and there was nothing missing. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Our stay was perfect. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, very clean, well-equipped. Sara and Matko are very nice and responsive. The pool is well maintained regularly and heated when it's cool. We would recommend this listing. The sea is clear, emerald green in places. A boat tour with Matko is also offered to discover beautiful places at sea.
