Séjour parfait, Anna Maria est une hôte très accueillante, avec beaucoup de petites attentions, toujours disponible. L’appartement est très bien meublé, bien équipé, et très propre. Parking à proximité, sécurisé. très facile de se rendre à Barcelone avec le métro ou le bus. nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, je recommande vivement cet appartement!

Looks exactly like pictures. Large apt in good location. While we were there work was being done on the front of the building. There was a large scaffolding on half, with work being done during the day. Lots of hammering and noise with no privacy for the front part of the house. Be sure to check ahead if there is work being done. Very large space, in an excellent location for exploring the city

For a stay in central Barcelona the apartment was ideal. An interesting building with nice features. Very close to the metro. Lovely side roads nearby full of restaurants etc. Although on a busy main road the double glazing cut out all traffic noise. Would recommend for a short stay in this interesting city.

Location, location, location! The apartment is perfectly located for exploring La Sagrada Familia, accessing the subway and catching a taxi. Despite it being a tourist area, there are many good restaurants in the area, and Laura provides excellent recommendations. There is a supermarket half a block away. Though the neighborhood is very busy during the day, it is quiet at night. The apartment is very comfortable with good beds and had everything we needed. Laura is an extremely responsive host and wants her guests to enjoy the apartment. I would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft mehr als zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Toni hat super geklappt, danke Toni für die wertvollen Tipps und den freundlichen Empfang. Die Gegend ist vielfältig mit vielen tollen Restaurants und schönen Geschäften. Der Strand ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ebenso. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

The apartment was exactly as expected and perfect for my wife, two teenagers and I. I was very familiar with Barcelona and was not disappointed with any aspect of the location, cost, or condition. The location is superb with excellent access for both walking, catching a cab, or jumping on the Metro to access any area attractions, shopping, or restaurants, while offering a quiet respite from the city crowds. Flexible, proactive communications for the friendly in-person check-in was provided, along with helpful suggestions. A first for us the was inclusion of a few welcome snacks, drinks, and spices for cooking that was greatly appreciated. There are an abundance of small food markets in Barcelona, and the well stocked kitchen offered the option for skipping restaurants if desired after long days touring. The building is kept very clean with secured access, and the apartment itself is very secure. The full size dryer in the laundry was a surprising, and very appreciated amenity!

Spacious, well-equipped apartment in an excellent location within easy walking distance to all the main attractions and very close to all transport links to reach other parts of the city. We were a family of four with older kids so really appreciated having 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms (it has a 4th bedroom which we didn't use). We used the handy study area as my son had to take some time out to study for his university exams - he appreciated the very fast wifi. We were lucky with the weather so enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine at the end of the day watching the world go by :) Overall a great apartment which I highly recommend. Marta and Paul are excellent hosts, very responsive to all messages.

Absolutely fabulous! Immaculately clean, spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated. Gorgeous dining room/sunroom. Large shower with full glass door, great water pressure and large, thick towels, fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer combo. Located in a beautiful building with elevator (ramp to reach the elevator on the ground floor and 8 or 9 steps to reach the elevator on the fourth floor.) Quiet apartment on a secondary street in Eixample which is an area that is vibrant, full of cafes, restaurants, small grocery/produce stores. Ten minutes or less to walk to Sagrada Familia church and Gaudi’s Casa Mila. One minute walk to the tram, five minute walk to the metro. Enrique, the Central Apartment host, was available on the ground floor until 4 p.m. everyday. He was so personable, smiling, and helpful that we felt welcome from the minute that we arrived. If we return to this special city THIS is where we want to stay!!!

La ubicación es inmejorable, a pocos minutos caminando de la Sagrada Familia y varias paradas de metro. El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos: amplio, luminoso y muy limpio. Las camas son cómoda, los baños estaban impecables y la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para preparar comidas básicas. Melissa fue una gran anfitriona, desde el primer momento estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt und Check in war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Metro Station entfernt, von dort gelangt man innerhalb 10- 15 ins Zentrum. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist fussläufig etwas weiter entfernt. Wir haben uns die Tage während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt kam können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen

Had a lovely stay. Clean, quiet and close to amenties - beach, supermarket ( across the road), bike hire ( next door) and eating places by the harbour. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

Lokalizacja jak i samo mieszkanie jak najbardziej zgodne z opisem. Idealna baza wypadowa do wszystkich atrakcji Barcelony. Gospodarz - Alessio - bardzo pomocny i przyjazny, szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości, a do tego miał dużo praktycznych wskazówek i poleceń odnośnie miasta, komunikacji i restauracji. Szczerze polecam! Appartement très propre, confortable et lumineux. Les lits sont extrêmement confortables. Alejandro a été super disponible et nous a bien guidé pour l’arrivée (malgré une erreur de ma part). L’appartement est dans une zone très verte et paisible mais très accessible du centre-ville grâce au métro. Le parking est un véritable plus. Si je reviens à Barcelone, je relouerai ce logement sans hésiter

This house is fantastic, I lack of words to describe how good it is. We are a group of 6 people, 5 of them are my senior family, the elevator in the house is so convenient for them to go up and down. There are only two bedrooms (on 1.5 floor and 2.5 floor respectively) that need to climb half a floor to get there, which is totally fine for us, just FYI. 3 bedrooms are on 2nd floor with elevator right to that floor. We loved the house very much, big space, clean, equipped with all things you need for kitchen, comfy sofa, close to metro and supermarket, quiet neighborhood, etc. It’s too bad that it’s still too cold for us though to swim in the pool, I hope to come back to this house in summer and enjoy it. Also the towels are super soft, I also love that. Just cannot find anything negative about this house!

It was one of my favorite places, it was very beautiful and clean and had all the amenities. It can easily host 2 families with 7 to 8 people. The hosts were very friendly and provide all the information upfront. Easy check in, we had informed them about out check in time and they were there before we arrived. The view from the terrace is very nice, you can have your early morning coffee looking at the sunrise. Unfortunately due to the rain and cooler weather we couldn't use the swimming pool. There is an ALDI near by to buy stuffs and it is 25 mins to city center by car. All in all a good value for money for 2 families. There are Garbage bins just near the house so that you can throw away your trash. It was a beautiful experience. we would love to go back again.

Silvia ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Wir durften unsere Koffer schon ab 11:00 Uhr unterstellen, weil wir sehr früh in Barcelona angereist sind. Die Begrüssung durch Silvia war so herzlich, dass sich meine Eltern und ich gleich willkommen gefühlt haben. Sie hat Wasser, Cola und Kaffee bereit gestellt und das Beste, sogar eine Flasche Weisswein. Silvia ist sehr aufmerksam und höflich, immer erreichbar, fragt nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder man noch etwas benötigt. Toll! Die Wohnung ist ein absolutes Idyll, man merkt Silvia die Liebe zum Detail an. Wir waren 10 Tage zu Gast und haben immer wieder neue liebevolle Details entdeckt. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung war für uns der wunderschöne Patio mit unzähligen Pflanzen und Blumen. Hier haben wir auch jeden Morgen ausgiebig gefrühstückt und abends unseren Wein genossen. Mehrere Supermärkte sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Stadtteil Gràcia, zur Metro sind es 7 Min. Danke liebe Silvia. Wir kommen wieder!

We had an amazing experience staying at Manel and Jordi’s place in Barcelona! The place truly felt like home, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for a family of 3. The location was perfect - the beach and many attractions were within walking distance, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. Manel and Jordi were fabulous hosts who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Barcelona. We will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Wir waren zu siebt in Barcelona und alle waren super zufrieden. Es gab eine super freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Obwohl wir erst am späten Abend angereist sind und sehr früh unser Rückflug ging, war Check-In und Check-Out kein Problem. Wir haben noch einen super Tipp für ein passendes Lokal in der Nähe bekommen, in welchen wir den Geburtstag unseres Sohns sehr schön feiern konnten. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar war und Bus und Metro direkt vor der Tür halten. Für uns eine klare 10 von 10 👍

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Luis’ place. Perfectly located close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, Avenue Diagonal for a variety of shopping options, and within walking distance of some local attractions. The accommodation is spacious, well maintained and had all the essentials needed for our stay. Luis is a gracious host and was there to receive us, and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. We would gladly stay here again if we visited Barcelona!
