Vacation rentals with a patio in Gràcia

The house was as described.. We easily fit 2 families.. We loved the view. It's a little out of town, but we had no problems because the metro stop is right next to the house.

Absolute perfection! Loads of comfortable areas to chill in the sunshine. The pool was just warm enough for our visit (Easter). The kitchen is well equipped, we managed to cook full meals every night. Bellaterra has a couple of restaurants and a nice cafe around a 10-15 walk away. The highlight was being able to get groceries delivered at no extra cost! So convenient. The train into Barcelona takes 35 minutes and is around €3, they come every 10 minutes. We will definitely come back one day!

Manuel’s place was even more impressive than the beautiful photos! The bedrooms were very spacious and the rooftop is a huge bonus! We loved enjoying a glass of wine overlooking the city. The location is unreal with epic winding streets and wonderful restaurants and shopping out your door. Staying in the Gotic neighborhood is a must for any stay in Barcelona. Very quiet. Manuel was wonderful and friendly, he greeted us to let us in and showed us around. Highly recommend!

We were welcomed by them and time was taken to leave everything in the Airb&b see. The apartment feels spacious and it was super clean. Everything is fairly new and you can see that. The beds are nice, the bathroom and kitchen are new and very neat. The balcony is spacious and a nice indoor place. The location of the apartment is also top, very close to many restaurants of L’Hospitalet and a small shopping center with supermarket a 5-minute walk away. Furthermore, it is super close to Barcelona city so you are with an uber where you want to be. Jose is a very friendly, tidy host and responds quickly. I don't normally have it soon, but I would love to come back here again!

The apartment is great if you want to spend a few days in Barcelona, with the beach and nightclubs at the Olympic port nearby. It is very quiet, bright, crossing, on the top floor (with elevator), comfortable with these two bathrooms (with two toilets). Very convenient also, the possibility of renting (extra) a parking space in the basement with direct access by the elevator. Very nice welcome and communication!

Apartment impeccable, spacious and with all the amenities, in addition to details that make a short stay very pleasant: coffee capsules, water, oil, jams and toast for breakfast,etc. Very well located, 10 min walk from Renfe-Sants station. The host, very friendly and always available. For a reasonable price, we were able to drop off our suitcases until our afternoon train. In short, 100% recommended

Can't say enough about this property. Perfectly situated in the Passeig de Gracia area, mere steps from Casa Batlio, Placa de Catalynta, Rambles, Gothic Quarter and next to the Metro for quick transport to the rest of the city. We found the apartment to be perfectly sized with all the amenities you could ever need (especially washerAND dryer). 😃 Don't hesitate to book this property.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood walkable to Sagrada Família, Casa Batlló, and Casa Padrera. Many great restaurants nearby and plenty of markets to grab groceries. Easy location to grab taxis if needed. Apartment is large and clean and a wonderful home away from home. The property management is on first floor and also very responsive via AirBNB app, very convenient. Love this neighborhood, apartment, and management, would definitely stay here again!

We were in a group of 4 people in the Airbnb and were very satisfied. By rental car, Barcelona is also quickly and easily accessible. The house is very clean and maintained exactly as stated 👍🏼

This is a very special place to stay. I was there with my 3 teenage sons and we felt completely at home. It's a beautifully renovated house, extremely well equipped with a wonderful outdoor space. The swimming pool was a real bonus and although we were there in April, we made use of it every day. We hired a car and divided our time between exploring Barcelona, the mountains and the coast, including a trip to Sitges. What made it extra special was the warm welcome we received from Alex and Angels and their 3 children. They are a beautiful family and gave us so many helpful suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Waking up to warm, freshly baked pastries in the middle of our stay was the cherry on the cake! Thank you so much. We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend Alella House to anyone wanting to visit Barcelona and the Costa Brava.

A cute apartment awaited us at the end of the staircase: lovingly furnished, Pepi really thought of every little detail to make the stay perfect. Pepi made us feel like we were at home. It is truly remarkable how well we were cared for by her. We are very grateful to her for this! Will come again any time. Absolutely recommended.

A perfect experience, fully recommended! We spent a few wonderful days in this house and we couldn't be more satisfied. From the first moment, communication with the host was great: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with what we needed. The house is just as you can see in the photos (or even better!). Clean, cozy, well equipped and with all the details designed to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. We felt right at home from day one. The location is also ideal: quiet but well connected, perfect for relaxing and exploring the surrounding area. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable. We would definitely come back, and recommend this house to anyone thinking about coming. Don't think about it!

It was one of my favorite places, it was very beautiful and clean and had all the amenities. It can easily host 2 families with 7 to 8 people. The hosts were very friendly and provide all the information upfront. Easy check in, we had informed them about out check in time and they were there before we arrived. The view from the terrace is very nice, you can have your early morning coffee looking at the sunrise. Unfortunately due to the rain and cooler weather we couldn't use the swimming pool. There is an ALDI near by to buy stuffs and it is 25 mins to city center by car. All in all a good value for money for 2 families. There are Garbage bins just near the house so that you can throw away your trash. It was a beautiful experience. we would love to go back again.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation.......Martha was excellent, very kind and understanding at check-in....it is relatively close to the center of Barcelona, since the metro station is a 10-minute walk away....to go to the Sagrada Familia you have to take 2 metro trains......and 1 direct to the Arc de Triomphe and other attractions. 100% recommended. Trude, Miguel and their dog Maya are very welcoming. We received good advice during our visit. The garden is great and the studio is very well-equipped. An address to recommend!

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of places round the world. But Xavier’s place is definitely one of the best I and my family stayed at. The photos are brilliant, but the actual home is A+ and every time I’m in Barcelona, I will definitely go back there. For families, it’s just amazing! It’s hard to write a review for what the experience actually is…….just go see for yourself. ❤️

What am absolutely perfect apartment. I have a family of 4 and we were all comfortable and had lots of space. The porch is huge and so so nice. We loved it here.

The apartment is absolutely perfect. The terrace will not disappoint, it has amazing views. The bed is incredibly comfy, with all round black out blinds which really work! The place is very clean, great kitchen and bathroom. The host is really responsive and the apartment is in an brilliant location. We would absolutely love to stay here again. Neighbourhood is not too busy and 10mins walk to Sagrada Familia and the Metro. All round 10/10!

Great place to stay. Very comfortable with lots of space. Loved the view off the balcony at night. Very easy to get to. Easily accessible to public transportation. Yueju was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly.

Awesome place! It has everything 2 people would need, not to mention it's 1 minute away from Sagrada Familia, and you have a view of it from the balcony. We enjoyed the proximity to the metro station as well. The hosts are great, accommodating an almost 12 AM check in because our flight was delayed. Thank you so much! Jesus was very helpful and really nice and we enjoyed our stay at the airbnb. It has everything one needs and it‘s close to the station. The location is great, you have coffees, markets and a parc around. Overall i really recommend it and Jesus responds whenever you need help.

Raul and Marta were excellent hosts. They were very responsive and welcoming and even provided us with some snacks as part of the stay. The location was very quiet but not too far from restaurants, attractions or the metro. The bathroom was small, however the apartment overall was very comfortable and we enjoyed the privacy of separate bedrooms.

Staying at this place was really nice. Location and connection with the city center and the beach was great. Guillermo answered quickly on our messages and it was easy to communicate with him. Only thing that we were missing were slippers for walking inside but that wasn't something that negatively affected our stay at this cosy place.
