Condo vacation rentals in Grace Bay

Wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the easy access to the tennis courts, pool, beach, and restaurants!

Very cozy, clean and tastefully decorated condo. Laverne was very kind and accommodating.

We were a bit apprehensive about booking because some folks said it was too remote, too hard to get too, there was too much beach grass / seaweed. If you want to go out to dinner/bars/clubs frequently, not the place for you. if you want to walk to restaurants or coffee shops or boutiques, nope. If you want to relax and look out at the most beautiful blue-green water you've ever seen, have a huge resort-like pool, be able to swim in stretches of beach where you can't see another soul, have paddle boards and kayaks at your disposal, eat breakfast on your balcony, cook in your well-stocked kitchen, relax with your family in plenty of space, see sea turtles and pelicans, chat with other guests (or not, as you choose), pop into the grill for a cocktail, maybe some grilled mahi mahi, and grab the Scrabble board... If you want to walk, and walk, and walk and just listen to the waves and admire the water... If you want to wake up and open your eyes and see the sea, this is it!!!

This place was stunning—clean, peaceful, and in a perfect location. It’s tucked near quiet, secluded beaches, yet just a quick 5-minute drive to the popular Grace Bay area with its restaurants and well-known beaches. The property felt very safe and serene. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more private, off-resort experience without sacrificing easy access to the island’s top spots

My family and I have stayed at a number of AirBnb's (and before that VRBO's!) over the years and I can honestly say that this was the best one yet. Jennifer's place has been meticulously arranged. Everything possible was considered for fun in the sun, as well as comfort and ease within the space. From the floating hammocks to the plush linens, to her extensive guide book, Jennifer thought of everything one could need to have an incredible vacation and make lifelong memories. I really hope to come back someday! Thank you Jennifer!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview! The location was amazing, right on grace bay and a 2 minute walk to the grace bay club that has amazing restaurants! Easy drive to a grocery store and more restaurants. The Grandview is super family friendly and the condo is spacious, clean, quiet and has beautiful views of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return!

Fantastic location and budget friendly compared to other locations. Leesa was a phenomenal host and was very responsive to any questions!

Our family enjoyed staying at Stephanie’s listing. This was by far one of the best stocked Airbnb’s that we’ve stayed at. Pros- walkable to the beach, well maintained amenities, plenty of pool/beach toys, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels/beach towels, etc., very well thought out list of recommendations (there are several copies at the condo). Recommendations- we rented a car for the whole duration and it was great as we wanted to explore more outside of the immediate area, restaurants are pretty pricey in comparison to in the states so we went grocery shopping for some days and breakfast. I’d recommend bringing refillable water bottles to take with you everywhere as bottled water at places/restaurants will typically cost you $8+ per bottle.

Ana's place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We really appreciated having some beach equipment (small cooler, umbrella, beach chairs), and the resort's paddle boards and kayaks. The pool is great, the area is quiet and peaceful, and we felt like we had a private beach!! Of note, there was no laundry detergent and there is quite a bit of sea grass in the water. You can walk a little ways down and avoid it, or keep going and find the national park with some cool sights and beaches. Definitely need a rental car, and groceries here. Was perfect for our family, who like to avoid the heavy touristy areas and really explore the location, not just sit on the beach the whole time.

It was away from most of the tourists at Grace Bay. Great walks on the beach. Turks is small enough you can get most anywhere on the island in just minutes by car. Onsite resuraunt was real handy.

We enjoyed our stay at the Atrium. Even though we weren’t able to check in early. And we had to wait 25-30mins past our check in time. We were able to leave our bags in the office and go explore for a couple hours. The host was responsive. The staff was polite and a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely come back. Would definitely recommend the Atrium to other travelers.

Great location! Turtle Cove had great restaurants especially SharkBite that was reasonably priced and if you are lucky can see the shark swim by while eating - however our favourite was Smiths Reef (walking distance) it was never crowded and a family of turtles frequent the spot - My family enjoyed snorkelling, swimming and relaxing.

Stephanie is a wonderful host . The condo is well stocked and comfortable. Everything you need is in walking distance. Love that she has a wagon to take to the grocery store..,so helpful!! Do easy to walk to the BEAUTIFUL beach!! This was my second stay and I will be back!!

This was our third time to Turks and Caicos but our first stay at Inn at Grace Bay - excellent location for beach and walk to town and the fish fry - would highly recommend this place - and had a great experience dealing with Graham !

The condo area was very nice. There was two pools at different temps and a nice hot tub. Very nice landscaping. Simmons is a nice restaurant on the grounds.

Great location and only a 10-15 min drive to most places on the island. Great place to stay if you’re looking to unwind and truly relax - no partying or loud music at all which is appreciated. Ditch the resorts, save your money (because TCI is very expensive) and keep your peace of mind by staying here. This place has everything you need and the owner is responsive and helpful.

I cannot express how WONDERFUL of a stay I had at Mariah’s place. Everything about it was just so perfect. I felt so safe the entire time with the 24hr security walking around, cameras, gated entry for vehicles. The place had two pools, a hot tub, and a great lounge area to relax in. Mariah’s unit had everything you could need and a wonderful patio area to relax in. I HIGHLY recommend Mariah’s place 💕

We really enjoyed our stay at Lucille’s place. It was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The location was perfect for us, close to Smith’s reef and there were a few walkable restaurants. We rented a car and I would recommend renting one as there’s parking. The property grounds were also well kept and felt very safe. We saw security constantly patrolling the premises. Lucille was very responsive and friendly. If you’re thinking of staying here, don’t think twice, you won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful stay at Queen Angel Resort, thanks in no small part to our fantastic host, Nico. From the start, Nico was very friendly and responsive, providing a wealth of useful information. Our unit, Bliss 101, was a real gem, offering the convenience of first-floor access without sacrificing the great views. We loved the spaciousness and how well-appointed the unit was, and especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch with its constant, pleasant breeze. The beautiful grounds of the resort also offered lovely walks and photo opportunities. We would absolutely stay there again.

We enjoyed a week at Mark’s place. Kiki and Mark were great at communicating with us, including helpful recommendations. The location was quiet, yet close to everything in the Grace Bay area. Less than a mile to Sunset Beach which is beautiful and not crowded. Great place to watch the sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic—quiet, scenic, and close to a couple of great local spots. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and we felt very relaxed the moment we arrived. Courtney was incredibly helpful and responsive in the lead-up to our trip, and once we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Molly, the property manager. Molly made everything seamless. We arranged for the fridge to be stocked before our arrival which was a great way to start the trip. We had a small issue with the car (a tail light wouldn’t turn off), and Molly had it taken care of promptly the next morning. The Yacht Club’s pool is beautiful and meticulously kept, and we really enjoyed meals at nearby Shark Bite and Baci—both were great and more reasonably priced than some of the Grace Bay spots. A close walk to the public beach (there is parking) and Smith's Reef as well. Rec. Sapodilla Beach for calm, shallow and gorgeous water. Highly recommend and can't wait for our next trip back!

This was our first visit to Turks and Caicos and this condo was in a great location. Walkable to many great spots for shopping and eating. We also rented a car, which was definitely worth it to check out more of the island. The condo was clean and comfortable, everything you needed in the kitchen, and even shampoo, conditioner and soap in the main bath. Our boys loved having their own space, and I loved the screened porch for relaxing with a book and a cup of tea. The pool and landscaping is lovely and well maintained. The beach is a quick walk and beach chairs and towels provided. Everyone on the island is friendly and offers great suggestions for what to do during your visit! Thanks for sharing your home!

We had an incredible stay at Nancy’s condo! It was spotless and well-equipped, making it the perfect home base for our week-long anniversary trip. The condo had everything my wife and I needed, and its location was ideal for exploring Turks and Caicos. We especially loved walking along the beautiful beach to the nearby resorts and taking a short drive to Taylor Bay, absolutely stunning and highly recommended! The Yacht Club area was perfect for us—quiet, convenient, and beautiful. We were just a short walk from Smith’s Reef, where we enjoyed snorkeling with the high-quality gear Nancy provided. Grace Bay Beach was also easily accessible, and we made great use of the beach chairs and umbrella. We also appreciated the walkable access to Mango Reef, Baci, and Sharkbite, and it was just a quick drive to great spots like Marine Room, Indigo, and Bay Bistro. Each morning, we enjoyed coffee by the serene pool—such a peaceful way to start the day. We will be back to Nancy's condos!
