Vacation rentals with beach access in Grace Bay

Ocean Orchid was absolutely amazing. My family (wife, 4 y/o and 3 mos old), plus grandparents, stayed here for a full week. Nearby beach is super peaceful (like no one ever) and great for little kids. The backyard pool and sandpit was a big hit with our oldest, who just couldn't get enough of the table in the water and the big boat. Won't lie, I had fun watching the fish from the infinity pool. Karen was a wonderful host. Went above and beyond A+ hospitality. Upon arrival, there were some great snacks. She even went out and got us some super soft linens and an infant bath chair for our baby. All in all, would highly recommend staying here. Great location if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle, but still 15-20 minute to anything on the island, clean and always cool inside. Views were great from the decks (yes, two decks). If this is available during your travels, don't hesitate.

This place was beyond perfect! It has everything you could possibly need, it was close to the beach, and Emma & Roger were great hosts who gave great recommendations and amazing communication. The place was its own getaway as my fiancé and I found so much peace in hanging out on the hammock/ in the garden area in the afternoons. Boxer and Buster made our trip 1000x better! They were our personal tour guides to the beach and Buster always kept us company either at the beach or at Da Conch Shack- they were both such good boys and a wonderful addition to our trip. I recommend renting a car as it is the best way to get around. Overall this was a perfect stay and we hope to come back one day!

Eddy was very responsive and helpful, the space was clean and had everything you need (including beach chairs and an umbrella), pool was clean and never crowded, the condo complex was quiet and within an easy drive to restaurants, beaches, and the marinas.

Amazing location well equipped studio we cooked during our stay and we had everything we needed with chairs and umbrella to take to the beach. And Literally 3 min walking distance to the beach.

Elizabeth is the perfect host! So responsive, friendly, accommodating. The place is great too - nice to be away from the crowds but close enough by car to get anywhere we wanted. Highly recommend and we would certainly stay again!

We had a great stay here. The location was convenient and it was walking distance to the beach! The condo also came stocked with nearly everything you'd need for a beach day (beach chairs, floaties, umbrellas, cooler bag) which was a very nice addition. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful.

Bryan’s place was wonderful! Just what we were looking for in a basic and clean accommodation with all the extras. The chairs/umbrellas, snorkel gear, paddle boards, and bikes were so helpful and saved us a ton of money in exploring and enjoying the island. Bryan was very responsive to our questions and let us check out late. The house was quiet and clean with lots of extras (kitchen staples, toiletries, laundry detergent). The location is close to all the fun. Definitely recommend paddleboarding Mangrove Caye where we saw tons of turtles up close and a few herons and baby sharks. Also recommend exploring all the beaches. Sunset beach is an easy bike ride away and Taylor Bay is amazing (although a short drive away). Would love to go back and stay at Bryan’s place again!

If you are looking for an affordable spot near Grace Bay this is it! It was absolutely perfect, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and about 20/30 minute walk to get to downtown Grace Bay; which was very doable for our group! John was soooo nice too and super flexible, letting us stay past check out time if needed! There was plenty of accommodations in the condo too, filtered water, towels, washer/dryer, basically all basics! I 100% would stay here again and had the best time!

Great place with a great host and property manager. The host and manager were very responsive to any messages sent. Beach is close by and the house is in the middle of everything you would need. The house location was surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of Grace Bay. Great place for kids. They loved the upstairs loft and pool. If we ever return, we would rent this place again.

The house was beautifully decorated and is very spacious. Communication with the host was great. The neighborhood felt safe and private. Found some hair in the master bathroom so I believe more attention to details during the cleaning should be given. We also ran out of paper towels as we were only given one roll. Might consider providing a few more household items when guests stay more than just a few days. Otherwise it was an overall good experience.

We had a wonderful time at the house, it was quiet when we were there, stores and food all walkable distance. There is a wagon with beach toys and chairs also which was a wonderful addition. We had a great experience here. It was clean, cozy and very easy to get to town. GPS took me down the wrong road but host was great at keeping in touch and we figured it out easily it was just one road off not a big deal. I highly recommend this location. The beach at the ritz was our personal favorite

The house was perfect for 3 of us over Spring Break, having the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and snorkellng gears were a huge help. We loaded up the car everyday and headed to our favorite Leeward beach. The house was in a quiet area with a fence gate. Coconut Bistro was the nearest restaurant and was walkable but for more restaurants/shopping it would be maybe 15-20 mins walk, luckily we had a car. We had a great time on this beautiful island and would love to come back one day.

This was a ladies trip and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time! Great communication from the hosts! Very easy walk to the beach and Coral Gardens. The home had everything we needed. AC was great and all beds were super comfortable. The beach gear was wonderful and easy to have! Highly recommend this location. I’ve been to the island many times and always stay on the beach however, this house is only a short walk to the beach and I felt like I was close enough to the beach where it didn’t matter. I would highly recommend!!

A great place to stay when in Grace Bay! Tons of space with more bathrooms than you’d really need. Was here with 3 friends and we all had our own rooms and full bathroom each, but you could easily have a larger group or entire family stay here. The outdoor area with the private pool was fantastic and the fact that it came with free, easy parking was a great perk. Easily walkable to the beach, however, a car was a good idea to carry things like coolers since the walk is about 20 mins and in the heat there can feel like a lot. Close beach though with easy parking by the beach and no cost to park. Plenty of towels, cooler, etc. included. Only thing I might suggest is having some beach chairs for people to bring to the beach since the sunbeds at the beach are for hotel guests and can be expensive if you aren’t one. Great stay and will most certainly recommend/be back!

It’s hard to put into words what an amazing trip we had and how much this wonderful place contributed to that. It was quiet, private, and even had a private beach within walking distance. Everything you needed for cooking was in the kitchen, and the rooms are nicely separated for privacy. Our favorite part was Soldier, our island dog, who loved to walk us to the beach every day and was waiting for us when we woke up. The location of this place was great and that it is close to grocery shopping, the airport and some cute restaurants. We will definitely plan to visit again. Great place with great hosts!

Ulma’s place was great. Just a few minutes drive from the airport and walkable to many great restaurants in the area. Very close to Smith Reef which is where we went snorkeling 3 days of our trip. The kitchen was well-stocked and ready for preparing meals at home. The entire house was super clean. We really enjoyed the screened in porch for coffee in the morning and drinks at night. It was a very quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. The central AC worked very well. Great showers with plenty of hot water. Having a washer and dryer was also super convenient. Ulma provided nice, heavy beach towels, beach chairs and lots of other beach items which was so thoughtful. She was very easy to communicate with and provided thoughtful recommendations for our stay. We even had an incident with our flight being grounded for 2 days at the end of our trip. She was kind enough to offer us the place for an extra night if we needed it. Amazing!! I would highly recommend Ulma’s place!

The place was spotless, which is a big plus for my wife. Location was perfect, easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. The pool area was really nice as well. Never busy. It was a bonus he had beach chairs and an umbrella because they're expensive to rent for the day. We were told $75. You don't need a car, but if you plan to visit different beaches, then think about renting because taxi service is expensive. $33 each way for the airport. $45 each way to Sapodilla, and Taylor bay beaches. It can add up to a car rental really quick. James was very responsive and answered all our questions. He allowed us to check in earlier, which was a bonus. We had an amazing time. Would definitely rent it again, if we ever go back. You won't be disappointed if you stay at James's Place.

My family and I have stayed at a number of AirBnb's (and before that VRBO's!) over the years and I can honestly say that this was the best one yet. Jennifer's place has been meticulously arranged. Everything possible was considered for fun in the sun, as well as comfort and ease within the space. From the floating hammocks to the plush linens, to her extensive guide book, Jennifer thought of everything one could need to have an incredible vacation and make lifelong memories. I really hope to come back someday! Thank you Jennifer!

Loved staying here and would absolutely rent again. The place has everything you need for a stay, and it's great central location for exploring the island. The condo is quiet, spacious, and clean. The view from the balcony patio is gorgeous! The pool is fabulous. The nearby restaurants are good, you can walk to get a coffee in the morning if you don't make your own. This place has all the extras that elevate your beach vacation: in-unit washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler. He even provides a bucket you can fill with water to wash the sand off your feet before entering the unit. I had to leave my reservation early due to a family emergency and the local manager was immediately responsive and kind. I can't wait to stay here again!

Sharon's place is very nice and is as shown, very welcoming host with plenty of amenities, watch out the smoke alarm is easily triggered. Great place if you have a car rental, a little far from Grace Bay in terms of walking distance. Amazing Airbnb

We stayed at Matt & Erin’s for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was amazing! Definitely off the beaten path and remote and peaceful. Their recommendations for excursions, restaurants, and things to do around the island were superb! We loved being able to walk out of the condo straight to the beach and enjoy morning coffee during sunrise! There is some seaweed along the beach but they thoroughly explain that it is for the overall health of the marine/sea life. There are areas not far down the beach that had little to no seaweed. We absolutely loved our time here and will hopefully be back soon!!

Nathan’s place was undoubtedly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was exactly as depicted in the listing. Upon arrival, we found the place clean and fresh, stocked with essential items as mentioned in the post. Even spices were available in the cabinet, eliminating the need to buy them for cooking. The restaurants within walking distance were pleasant. Although we regretted missing lobster season, that’s not Nathan’s fault. Haha! The beach was breathtaking, and we were grateful for the beach-friendly amenities provided while we didn’t use them, knowing Nathan had equipped the place for it sets it apart from others. Don’t forget the onsite pool! It’s a great place to relax when you’re not in the mood for the beach. Lastly, the screened-in porch was a welcome respite from the mosquitos. Be sure to bring repellent, as they were quite persistent during our stay. Our entire party thoroughly enjoyed Nathan’s place. We will be returning here!! 20/10.

Mark’s place was the perfect fit for us! It’s quiet and peaceful, you can see a bit of the ocean from within the studio through the patio. Mark provided great recommendations and was super proactive with all of my questions. It was also great that we got to use the snorkel fins and beach chairs they provided.
