Monthly Rentals in Gracciano

We had a great time at Marco's apartment. It is very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need, even when traveling with a toddler. Nearby, you can find everything you need, from shops and restaurants to a laundromat. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, with many destinations easily accessible in a short time. We spent a dreamlike month there and would return anytime!

Super friendly and helpful hosts and impeccable location. The residence is historic and you can feel a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Hosts shared some products from their garden with us and recommended activities and places to visit. We had a great time and felt welcomed, thank you!

I'm satisfied in every way. However, it would be better if there were bathroom amenities (shampoo, body wash) and basic seasonings in the kitchen. I had a good rest.

The place is located 7km from the town of montepulciano. Nestled in the countryside, it is spacious and has a great view from the backyard. Fully loaded kitchen with two bendrooms and bathrooms, it is ideal for people who would like to visit the neighbouring Tuscan towns like Pienza, Montalcino etc. Host was very friendly, responsive and helped us throughout. Additional tourist tax of €6 applicable at checkin.
