Very good stay, nice house and quiet and spacious place, our host always reachable, responsive and friendly.

Carole's house is very comfortable and spacious ( more than in the photos!). It's new which makes the experience all the more enjoyable. Air-conditioned (cladding so silent), plenty of storage, mostly new furniture. Impeccable cleanliness. Responsive and cordial host. The exteriors are highlighted, however we deplore the small opposite (it would be missing just 1.50 m of breeze seen) with the owners' terrace from the pool... The pool is perfectly entrenched and of sufficient size to have fun and cool off. Quiet environment, close to a forest, with the exception of sound disturbances by terraced houses under construction when you are outside. As for the situation, take into account rurality and the fact that you have to drive 15 minutes before finding a supermarket, a bakery. However, Vendemian remains central for visiting the cities or the hinterland. Thank you for a great vacation 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had a great time. Extremely clean house, very well equipped, as described. In a very quiet cul-de-sac and close to highways. Note the Aldi at 400 m allowing you to run errands quickly. We were able to enjoy the pool for a very hot week. The air-conditioned house is a real asset. The small touches upon arrival touched us. We'll be happy to go back!

Very accessible host, it's nice to have someone friendly, understanding and knowledgeable with questions about the accommodation. The place is very peaceful, very quiet, perfect to meet during family parties (the living space is very warm and the kitchen is very functional). In summer, it must be amazing to be able to enjoy the swimming pool and large, well-appointed outdoor space. The place is fully enclosed with gates, you can let a dog walk without worries. I highly recommend it, and would definitely go back when I come back to this area

Great stay at a lovely villa

We stayed in the house for two weeks at the end of July, the villa was spotless and exactly as described with every amenity you could want. The outside area was a particular highlight with a full outdoor kitchen, seating areas, and a great pool with a separate relaxation pool that we used all the time. There was plenty of both sun and shade on the terrace throughout the day. The villa is in a quiet location and not overlooked, we found it to be really relaxing and peaceful. The village is a short walk away with regular market and small shops and bars, and a supermarket is a five minute drive away. Géraldine and Laurent were fantastic hosts who met us on arrival and gave us plenty of great local recommendations. We did not need to contact them during the stay but always felt we could if we needed to. We had a wonderful two weeks in the villa, and hope to return again soon.

A dream villa on the front line on the golf course of Massane, however completely private without vis-à-vis visas. The villa is much more beautiful than in the photos. Private Gated Domain 2 tennis on the estate, including one a few meters from the house. Small regular train at the exit of the golf course which arrives in 10 minutes in the center of Montpellier. 10min from the beaches of Carnon. We had a fabulous long weekend and will come back to Adrien's place, which is very friendly!!

Fabulous accommodation, extremely well equipped and with great bedding! Everything was impeccable. Fabien was perfect, very welcoming, available, responsive with lots of helpful tips... in short, a high-quality host and accommodation. We had a great weekend and will be happy to go back! I would highly recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful villa. We appreciated the extra amenities (ping pong table, foosball table). Jérôme gave us very good advice about the beach of pilou, to do with his little train ride!! I would highly recommend it for an unforgettable family holiday.

We had a pleasant stay! Bénédicte contacted us well in advance to ask what we needed (bed, children's chair, etc.). She was always reachable and I could count on her! Bénédicte also sent videos to explain how to use appliances. The welcome was warm: visit the house, welcome basket was waiting for us and we had ideas for excursions. The villa matches the photos. Our kids loved the pool and the games room! The airco in the rooms was perfect for spending the night cool.

Our villa was amazing. Such a lovely place for us to stay with our family of ten. Very spacious bedrooms. Great outside area to bbq and have evening meals. Daniel our host was so helpful and made our stay very special. The kitchen is great to cook in and accommodates many chefs. Very relaxing and enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Everything was perfect, impeccable house with all the amenities needed very clean. Superb pool very well secured. The owners are very attentive and very responsive!! We spent 15 days in a very quiet haven of peace without any vis-à-vis. We will return with great pleasure!!!

Nice home with great view

Family stay in a very pleasant house to live in with beautiful well thought out outdoor spaces: beautiful pool, terrace to live outside in a quiet area and close to the center of Perols which is a lively little town. Friendly and attentive welcome from the owner who did everything to make us feel good …We were 7 and the house is sufficiently spacious and well equipped … in short… a pleasant stay and nice holiday memories…A big thank you to Guilhem .

We had a nice week. Jean Marc is very responsive and does not hesitate to come on site if needed. Very good communication. He was able to adapt to our arrival and departure times with our children. The house is in a peaceful and quiet location. You will find the shops you need nearby (pharmacy, great walking, bakery, pizzeria).

We had a pleasant stay at Christophe's place. Impeccable accommodation, with space, we are there, air-conditioned accommodation, very appreciable with the heat. The house is in a very quiet and peaceful environment, conducive to relaxation. the pool is maintained regularly Sandrine who takes care of the house is friendly and available. The only downside is that for all outings or shops you need the car, but bikes are available for a small deposit.

We had a great stay, despite some small problems encountered... (pierced buoys to replace, sink that clogged a little that we managed to unblock, switch blocked to turn off the lights) Nicolas was always very responsive and caring during our stay. (Too bad I never met him) We would just have appreciated a clearer address so as not to disturb it, and know what we could or could not use in the house (in the cabinets) There were games consoles we didn't see ( not looking too much either) What we retain: - the kindness of the owner - the beauty of the house - the quality and charm of the garden!!! Thank you again for the access a little earlier than planned. Without any regrets after this great stay!!
