beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Das Gästehaus mit den Ferienlofts "Ostera" und "Westera" befindet sich auf dem ländlichen Anwesen Sonnenhügel. In dem ehemaligen Stallgebäude wurden historische Elemente mit zeitgemäßem Design auf besondere Weise kombiniert. Ostera zeigt die Liebe zur klarer aber warmer Schlichtheit, kombiniert mit dem gewissen Blick auf besondere Details. Wir wollten einen Ort kreieren, wo man überall Balance und Harmonie findet. Besondere Momente der Zweisamkeit schafft der prasselnde Kamin im Schlafbereich.

Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind wir idealer Ausgangsort für Ausflüge nach Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn und Rostock. Gerne kann das Auto, durch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, stehen bleiben. Bei Anreise wird eine Kurtaxe erhoben, diese beträgt in der Hauptsaison 2 €/Person und in der Nebensaison 1 €/Person. Gebühr pro Haustier/ Nacht 5 €

Das Landhaus Marie ist weit mehr als bloß eine Unterkunft. Du hast ein ganzes Haus nur für dich. Hier ist ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, zum Abschalten, zum zur Ruhe kommen. Keine Lärmbelästigung, kein wirklicher Autoverkehr, dafür Nächte, in denen es noch dunkel wird. Neu: Das Grundstück ist nun komplett eingezäunt. Der nächste Supermarkt (Demmin) ist 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Für das Nötigste gibt es eine alten "Konsum" im Nachbardorf. Hier ein Auto zu haben, ist so gesehen, ein Vorteil.

"Kontor“ für 2 im postsozialistischen Gutshaus

Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Mittlerweile gibt es im Haus 3 weitere Apartments für Gäste. (gerne auch unsere anderen Angebote bei Airbnb anschauen)
