Next to the house there are houses with nice neighbors and a small hotel. In the house, there is a fiber optic connection of 100 Mbit/s. Right at the beach entrance there are three restaurants and close to the vacation home the "Kaffeestübchen Witt." From the S-Bahn station 2 km away, the train runs to Rostock. There are also shops such as Edeka/Penny/Aldi.

There is 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 room with double bunk bed. The bungalow has a terrace with furniture and a small garden. There are 4 bikes and a grill. The Baltic Sea beach is easily accessible on foot. There are also shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity.
