The well-equipped kitchen unit with modern appliances (including induction cooktop, convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine) is noteworthy. Also available are kitchen scales, grater, salad spinner, garlic press. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (160 × 200). A large flat-screen TV is also available. The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.

And above all: warm and human in dealing with. We want you to feel comfortable with us. There is therefore no limited toilet paper consumption or counted garbage bags here ;)

The building is located right on the pier and thus directly behind the dunes of the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach in Graal-Müritz. Cozy vacation rental “Alte Post” Our apartment is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Börgerende-Rethwisch, a small village near the beach (4 km). Our central location makes us an ideal starting point for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car is happy to stop due to the connection to public transport.
