The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and a large balcony. The well-equipped kitchen unit with modern appliances (including induction cooktop, convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine) is noteworthy. Also available are kitchen scales, grater, salad spinner, garlic press. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (160 × 200). A large flat-screen TV is also available. There is intentionally NO Wi-Fi

The apartment includes a small terrace and a large terrace, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. Free parking is included with the apartment.

The city of Rostock is only half an hour away by car or regional train. The apartment is one of two apartments in the traditional "Hirsch-Haus."

Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss des Hauses und besteht aus Wohnzimmer,Schlafzimmer und Bad mit Dusche,WC,WT .Eine gemeinschaftlichgenutzte Küche befindet sich auch im Erdgeschoss außerhalb der Wohnung. Die Küche ist für 3FeWo wobei jeder seinen eigenen Kühlschrank,Kaffeemaschine und Toaster hat.Da die Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen ist kann man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Bahn ,Bus und natürlich auch den sehr schönen Strand gut fußläufig erreichen.

Hello, you love guests, our apartment is located in the souterrain of our home. We bought the house in mid-2018 and renovated it according to our ideas. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our holiday apartment. In the bedroom there is room for two and a cot also finds its place.

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
