Das Apartment ist bei Graal-Müritz im Ferienwohnpark Küstenwald. In kurzer Zeit ist man im Wald, im Ribnitzer Moor oder an den wunderschönen Stränden der Ostsee. Mit den hauseigenen Fahrrädern lässt sich die schöne Natur sehr gut erkunden. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auf 2-4 Personen (inkl. Schlafcouch) ausgelegt. Zur Wohnung gehören eine kl. Terrasse und eine gr. Terrasse, so dass man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen kann. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz gehört zu dem Apartment.

Willkommen in unserer sonnigen kleinen Ferienwohnung mit einem Schrank voller Bücher, Originalkunst an den Wänden und einer Kochecke für den kleinen Hunger. Sehenswert auf dem Hof: die BLACK BOX GALERIE und das Keramikatelier YELLOW CUBE . Der Kunsthof liegt am Rand der Rostocker Heide, günstig an der L22, mit Pferdekoppeln vis a vis. Ostsee+ Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5km entfernt. Bushaltestelle ist fast vor der Tür.

Hallo ihr lieben Gäste, unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Souterrain unseres Hauses. Wir haben das Haus Mitte 2018 gekauft und nach unseren Vorstellungen renoviert. Die Ferienwohnung ist entsprechend neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Für uns war die Ostsee lange Zeit unsere 2. Heimat und ist zu unserer neuen Heimat geworden. Ihr seid herzlich willkommen, in unsere Ferienwohnung eure 2. Heimat zu finden. Im Schlafzimmer ist Platz für Zwei und ein Kinderbett findet auch noch seinen Platz.

Schönes möbliertes Zimmer in ruhiger Gegend

Ein schönes, gemütliches Zimmer wartet auf dich. Dort findest du Bett, Couch, Kleiderschrank, Fernseher und eine kleine Sitzecke. Die Zudecke ist in Übergröße. Eine Küche gibt es nicht. Für kleine Mahlzeiten ist entsprechendes Geschirr vorhanden sowie Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und eine Kochplatte für dich. Das Bad mit Dusche nutzt du allein. Auf dem Flur könnten wir uns selten begegnen. Ein Rad kann ich dir auch gern anbieten. Ggf. kannst du am Vormittag schon einchecken.

Die Küche ist für 3FeWo wobei jeder seinen eigenen Kühlschrank,Kaffeemaschine und Toaster hat.Da die Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen ist kann man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Bahn ,Bus und natürlich auch den sehr schönen Strand gut fußläufig erreichen.
