Quiet 2-bedroom home with indoor fireplace

2-bedroom, 1.5 bath home is part of a duplex, the other side has a full-time renter. Quiet street, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, etc. in East Vancouver. There is enough parking for 2 cars to fit in tandem in the driveway + plenty of street parking. One bedroom has a K bed and the other is an office space with a trundle bed that can be set up as a T or K and a Q plug-in air mattress. Enjoy time outside on the private back patio or inside with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace.

A magical stroll through the woods leads to the suspension bridge. You won't believe you're only minutes from town. Wear appropriate shoes as it is a short 2-minute hike to the tree house. At times, it can get a little slick.

Entire bottom floor of cute 1927 NE Portland home in quiet Roseway neighborhood. The space has a private separate entry and is not shared. Full bathroom, two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with two twins. YouTubeTv/Netflix, wifi, and kids games. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer, and city maps in unit. Home only eight minutes to the PDX airport. Short walk to eats, bars, wine shop, grocery store, and boutique shops. Wellington Park is only one block away.

The Sneakaway

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. This was our labor of love for a year and Im so excited to now be able to share it.
