Our stay in Mr Lauri's apartment was perfect ! Tdo was like on the ad ! Otimo apto , location , a beautiful view of the sea and organized and clean . An excellent apt . Makian's apartment was impeccably tidy and very cozy. Very good shower! Comfortable bed and bath linens. The apartment's windows are on the side, and it is possible to have a beautiful view of the beach. Very nice to admire. Bakery, restaurant, shops… and much more, are very close to the apartment. We were treated to some pampering and we were grateful for it! The garage was a differential for our stay. Makian was always quick to answer our questions. Everything went well and the stay was great!

We were warmly welcomed and well accommodated, everything was impeccable from the entrance to the apartment until our departure, Marcelo always offering assistance in what we needed, and making our doubts clear. Bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms are very clean and tidy, offering everything it promised, a cozy house with a privileged view! We will definitely be back!! 💗

It's our first time in Brazil. I traveled with my best friend and arriving at Shirley's home was a gift to the soul. Cozy from the first moment, they welcomed us with their hearts. They are nice people. The room has a view of the sea and while you sleep, you never stop hearing the waves. It's like a melody for the being. 🤍 If you're looking for something like home, this is where you have to come. Barra is very safe. You can eat well and you can go out at any time to explore. It's beautiful. Thank you for the experience and for being nice people. That's very valuable to us. WE WANT TO GO BACK NOW! 🫶🏻

Perfect apartment and view!! I'll be back more often!

My family and I really liked the apartment, practically new, with furniture and appliances in excellent condition and well maintained. We found the property extremely clean and organized, with beautiful decoration. The location is also very good, close to the Palmas club, where we had lunch and also close to several shops. It was also possible to walk to the beach. As for Mr. Domingos, he was always very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

The place is exactly as presented in the listing, the house is very well planned and tastefully decorated, the owner's concern to offer a comfortable place with everything you need for day-to-day utilities is clear. The women in the family thought it was great to even have a hair dryer. The cleanliness is another point to be commented on, the house was impeccable when we arrived, Lucas was always very helpful and concerned with our well-being, in short, only compliments, it is very worthwhile.

Great accommodation, the location was the best. Literally foot in the sand. Rosângela is very attentive. We'll be back soon.

This house is beautiful! The decoration is a spectacle, the cleanliness and organization are a 10, its location is perfect in front of the beach and 10 minutes on foot from Praia das Cordas! We loved the house, well equipped and has everything you need to spend your stay, in the kitchen I found it very cool, which is available salt, sugar, coffee, oil, vinegar and seasonings for cooking, basic things that we do not need to worry about. Bed and towels were clean and smelling. In the bathrooms, soap, toothpaste and toilet paper were available. Host Barbara is very dear, she was very attentive to all the details of the house to receive us, responded quickly and was very flexible with check-in and check-out. We were greeted with a basket full of goodies, bottled water in the fridge and a handwritten welcome letter❤️. The dolphin beach is beautiful and is close to the house, we took the boat ride, which was amazing. We visited other beaches in Governador Celso Ramos and they are all beautiful Thank you very 😍 much and see you soon 😘🫶

Vanio welcomed us very warmly! Extremely organized and beautiful house, very well equipped house, if I had forgotten something I would have had it at the house's disposal. My kids enjoyed it a lot, like the whole family.

A charming and dreamy location. Impeccable, well-equipped, and very clean. We held an intimate wedding ceremony there, and absolutely everything was perfect. Communication was easy, pleasant, and courteous, and the maintenance team was friendly, providing impeccable service. We highly recommend it and will definitely return!

We had a beautiful stay at Amadeu’s place. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive making adjustments to suite a family with young children. The house is perfect for family with little kids with a great play area and a mini playground in the shape of a pirate ship - my kids LOVE IT 🥰 the house is in a beautiful location by the lake, very peaceful. The only downside was the showers. Not very hot specially leading into winter and very, very low pressure but wouldn’t be an issue in summer time. Another downside is the neighbours dogs. They have 5-6 dogs that bark all day (and night!) long. We had to get a white noise machine for the kids. Wish the neighbour was a bit more friendly and respectful of their neighbours and manage their pets better. All in all a great stay a Ned we’d book again. Thanks for everything Amadeu - incredible host!

The apartment was very clean and cozy, very well equipped. The view is wonderful. I loved and will come back other times.

We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.

This is our second time staying at a property of Mrs. Rosa and both times were perfect. We'll be back more often!

Wonderful location, facing the beach. waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is too good. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. kind and polite people... a paradise.

Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .
