Over the past five years, we’ve transformed this space into a welcoming place where the living is good. In this gîte, which has been completely renovated with an eco-responsible approach, you can learn about the principles of permaculture and, for those who practice it, take it to the next level.

Le Moulin Neuf is located 5 km from Fleurance , 24 km from Auch, and 16 km from Lectoure, a spa town. Nestled in the heart of the countryside, the Coco cottage is a comfortable haven of peace for a stay in the countryside, allowing you to explore the region. The cottage is an outbuilding restored in 2020 from an old water mill, in the middle of 5ha of meadow. It is also the perfect place to stay for the famous Fleurance Astronomical Festival and for employees on the go. Dog accepted on request.

The Atelier Cottages/ The Eiffel Gîte

The Eiffel cottage is really atypical with its clover-shaped Eiffel bridge column and industrial mezzanine overlooking the living room. This column is a masterpiece of an Eiffel bridge reused here to support the floor. It is a very spacious, completely renovated old barn (130 m2) with a lot of character. Its earth-colored style recalls its original state of clay and brick. This cottage has a bar and a summer kitchen. Sleeps 4-6 people.

The miller's house is located facing the mill This one is fully available to guests with an independent entrance. The living room includes an equipped kitchen, a seating area, with air conditioning. Outside, there is a garden, a terrace with a barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture, a table, and chairs. The bedrooms come with bed,wardrobe, luggage rack. For the lucky ones, on a clear day, you will have the chance to see the Pyrenees and at night you can fall asleep admiring the starry sky. Breakfast is included and packed lunches are available on request.

At the end of a tree-lined driveway, you will discover this vast home with thick walls, combining modern comfort and authenticity. The terrace, adjoining the large kitchen, close to the 16th century tower, ensures good times with family and friends. A private road will take you to our lake in 5 hours. Bed linen and towels are included.
