Monthly Rentals in Goudi, Athens

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment in Athens, and it exceeded all expectations. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed—high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and super comfortable bedding. The location is amazing, with easy access to public transport, great restaurants, and all the charm Athens has to offer. Our hosts, Νίκος and Θοδωρής, were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality made the stay even more special. Overall, this apartment was the perfect home base for exploring Athens. I highly recommend it and would absolutely stay here again!

Sophia was a great host and was very accommodative. We landed in Athens from the US, earlier than expected and requested her if we could leave the luggage at the apartment and come back at check in time. She agreed and provided the needed support. She made specific accommodations for our infant - an infant bath tub, a crib and an infant feeding chair. Thank you Sophia for being a great host! We loved our stay and would definitely come back if we find ourselves in Athens again.

Our hosts- Vasiliki and her husband were absolutely brilliant. They were already waiting for us when we arrived. They showed us around the property, told us where to buy bus/tram/metro tickets and where the local markets are. They were amazing hosts. They prepared the bedroom ready for our 3 year old daughter. They left for our use at the property a Push Pram, Childs bicycle and lots of games and books for the child. The property was spotless and clean. It had everything to cook, clean and wash with - just like being at home. The area is lovely, quiet and shops of every kind within 1 minute to 5 minutes walking distance. Buses 5 minutes walk away, Metro 10 minutes walk away. When we were leaving - we had a very late flight. Vasiliki and her husband let us stay in the property until as late as possible and keep our bags there (well after Check Out time). And finally, when we came to collect our bags for the Airport, Vasiliki's husband carried our Suitcases to the Bus Stop.

This is quite a nice house, with several amenities. The cleanliness was quite good - not great - and the house is well equipped with quality electrical appliances. From the house, in my opinion, a canopy on the balcony of the living room. We weren't particularly bothered by the sun because it was cloudy most of the time. It also doesn't have screens on the windows, which I think is quite important. Otherwise, the house is very good. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. There is a supermarket almost next door, there are several cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The metro is about 20-25 min walk away. Parking is very difficult. In 5 minutes there is a private parking you pay for, relatively cheap for the prices of Athens. Overall I was happy and would choose it again. I find it a little expensive for its size, I would like it to be a little cheaper, maybe 100euro/night and just down the street.
