With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. The cottage (35 m²) has: - a bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe - a living room with sofa, table, chairs and TV - Bathroom with shower - a mini kitchen with a hot plate, fridge and microwave - a garden with furniture for comfortable sitting It is quietly located in the south of Leipzig between the city and Neuseenland. Connection to public transport is available. The Agra exhibition grounds are only a 10-minute walk away. No animals are allowed out of consideration for subsequent guests.

The apartment is located along on the street.Its also located in the city centre, close to the river.Its 5 minutes walking distance to the train station.Leipzig is only 30 min. away. The Saale bike path is opposite the road. We offer free parking space on the secured yard and a bicycle stand.

The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

The entrance to the apartment is by key box. We are also happy to be there for you personally.

A small roof terrace is accessible to athletic guests via the bathroom window. The apartment is individually, stylishly and functionally furnished. Bicycles can be stored if necessary. Naumburg Cathedral and the market square are within a 5-minute walk.
