The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

Fun with the whole family in this stylish vacation home. In the middle of the forest is our lovely, cozy family home. Fully equipped, with 3 spacious bedrooms with lovely beds, kitchen with cooking island, cozy living room with TV / Wii, wood stove and very spacious garden. With BBQ, fire basket and cozy fireplace to light a fire. There is a pool, playground and tennis court in the park itself. Please note this park is a quiet park. No noise after 10pm!

Hoeve Nieuw Batelaar has its own private entrance and garden, and guarantees a lot of privacy. The large living room, with an open kitchen has special views over the countryside, and gives guests a sense of calm and space. The spacious bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed for 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has an extendable double bed. The spacious bathroom with a massage shower and infrared sauna, gives access to a wonderfully heated indoor swimming pool.

It is directly adjacent to the beautiful wooded estate Verwolde. In the middle of the scenic landscape of the green Achterhoek, this is the perfect base for beautiful walking and cycling trips, a visit to the beautiful old Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen.
