"Kia ora" is a wonderfully comfortable, quiet and fully furnished private cottage for 2 adults in the middle of the Netherlands with lots of wonderful nature and old culture in the area. In the surroundings of Epse, you can enjoy nice walks and wonderful bike rides. And you can visit the nearby Hanseatic cities, such as Zutphen and Deventer. A little further away is the national park "De Veluwe" for even more natural beauty. And there are several museums in the area (e.g. MORE).

You have the De Smederij guest house all to yourself and it has its own entrance. Parking is free for guests. It is a few steps away from the IJssel and within walking distance of the historic center of Zutphen and the station. Zutphen is at home in all markets. Speaking of market; the market on Thursday and Saturday in the center is worth a stroll. Cycling with the wind in your hair in the countryside or to a museum or theater. Relax or work. Holiday cottage ANders-genieten

If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, then you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful for hiking and biking or visiting Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
