Lovely little apartment in a quiet spot. Newly refurbished, and close to town centre.

We loved this place! Absolutely wonderful location and excellent views! Easy parking and in a charming little village. We especially loved how close it was to Ferdinand Winery (be sure to visit for an excellent tour and tasking) and close to Restaurant Belica and you do NOT want to miss it- the food is exceptional (we went twice!) Again stay here and visit these locations you’ll very happy you did

Magical place and a super wonderful host. We had bad luck with weather so I can’t comment too much about the area but I think in better weather it would be very beautiful. The unit itself was perfect with anything you could need and a really thoughtful set up.

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

What an amazing and historic place! It was a great mix of authentic history with all of the newest, modern amenities. We couldnt have been happier.

Silva was a great host, very welcoming and helpful with check-in and providing us with recommendations for the area during our stay. It's a lovely apartment, with many personal touches, including art by Silva and her family of artists. The place was quiet and private, and had everything we needed for our stay. Was the perfect base we needed.

We loved our stay in Tina's apartment and in Nova Gorica. The apartment is very quiet (we didn't notice any noise from other apartments or the neighbourhood, and as Tina's is the only flat on the top floor, there is no one on either side or above you), it is very close to the bus station and walking distance to the train station/Europa Park/shops/cafes/bars/national theatre and over the border into Gorizia (or take the INT bus). Comms with Tina were very easy and she has gone above and beyond in terms of facilities - while the description says 'kitchen basics', the actual supplies would put many 'fully provided' kitchens to shame. And the shower is good and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, a delight and highly recommended.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is very large and well furnished! Impeccable cleanliness! It is in a perfect location to visit Grado, Aquileia, Trieste, Gorizia, and other important destinations 30/40 min max from Gradisca. Umberto, the owner, was always present and available to advise on the area and itineraries and always responded very quickly to our requests. We will definitely return to continue exploring this land that has really won us over!

The place was in a great location right by the sea Boris was always easy to reach and understanding Check-in was simple and quick The design/equipment is perfect for a seaside vacation.

Communication in advance was super easy and fast. Barbara gave us exact directions, as Navi's supposedly can't find it well. We were able to park the car in the associated parking garage. Barbara then showed us everything, and made us feel very welcome. The best thing was that she put a cake and cake and snacks in the apartment for us, even though we only stayed one night. You almost thought you had booked breakfast. The cliffs and the cliff coast path are super quick and easy to reach on foot, as well as the castle and the harbor can be reached on foot. We were able to leave our car parked after check-out because we drove later. So, absolutely recommended!

Deborah’s Apartment was absolutely fantastic. Deborah is an amazing host, very responsive and professional. We stayed here for a month and will definitely be returning when we come back to Trieste. The place was very clean and tidy. The apartment is super close to Lidl, Caffè San Marco, and the Canal Grande really convenient location. Very walkable. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Trieste. Whether you’re here for a few days or a longer visit, it’s a great home base. 10/10!

Everything is perfect.. comfortable area in the center but at the same time quiet.. Very well cared for in the details... brand new bathroom! Perfect towels! The lady is kind and helpful! I recommend it!!

❤️ and thank you . Great place- very clean and a great personal contact with Valeria. In addition, she helped us plan the trip by train to Venice. It was a great advantage for us to bring our dog and the dog beach was just 100 meters away. The city of Monfalcone is unfortunately very descriptive - but the location to Trieste / Koper or Gradow - Venice is good.

Great beautiful apartment, plenty of privacy, very fully furnished. Very much enjoyed the Jacuzzi and furthermore all the comforts provided e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning etc. Spacious apartment/penthouse, parking in parking garage, fast responding host. In short, GREAT!

Zelda's house is beautiful, in a great location and everything was perfect. Annamaria was always punctual and present to coordinate self check-in and give us advice. A single suggestion to improve even more; being in Friuli, it would have been nice to find a welcome bottle of white wine with two chips and/or tarallini. In any case, if I were to return to Udine, I would definitely go back there.

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

We were there for the second time and were super satisfied. Giovanni is always friendly and responds quickly to messages. The location is simply great!! Very central and just a few meters to the beach. We will definitely be back

The stay was amazing. Very quiet, nice location. Sonja was very helpful and we could ask anything. Wonderful to be able to explore the area and be in the tranquility on site with Sonja. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here, having the pool was a real bonus with the sunny weather. the whole outside space was great for us, we cooked out there in the mornings and evenins. The location is very quiet but there was a bar next door and a couple of restaurants which were walkable. overall we had a great time and Gregor was very friendly and checked to make sure we had everything we need.

We had a great time. Darja and her son were perfect hosts, very welcoming and friendly. The place had all the amenities we needed. The sea view pool was a haven of peace after days of sightseeing. The location is peaceful and I highly recommend the village pizzeria which was divine.

We were very satisfied with our accommodation! Very well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and vacuum cleaner available! The pool is a dream! It is checked and cleaned every 2-3 days! The place is a bit off the beaten path, but if you have a car, that's no problem either! You always have to drive, beach, shopping, city! We would definitely recommend the place, as the landlords are also very nice!

A beautiful neighborhood overlooking the sea. Super clean apartment and well-kept garden. Heavenly sleep in soft beds. Cooling off in the pool. A real insider tip!
