Mediterranean Apartment with Breathtaking Views

The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

The house has been fully refurbished, is equipped with every comfort and is immersed in the greenery of an orchard and orange grove. It is about a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach; other Salinelle and Gorgolungo beaches are about 1 km away. About 500 meters away are a hypermarket, tobacco store, and various shops. Lascari station is a 5-minute walk away. Easily connected to the state road 113, you can reach nearby Cefalù in 10 minutes. Ideal place to reach other tourist destinations on the island.

It is located about 150 meters from the beach, which can be accessed free of charge, and 5.7 km from Cefalù, which can be easily reached by train!
